Magna enim devotio est Ecclesiæ gentium quod Isræliticus populus ad fidem veniat, quibus, si convertantur et fidei participes exstiterint, promittit spirituales opes virtutum, et gratiam Spiritus sancti, quam qui accipit, indigentia boni non laborabit.
