21 And _ to/for ʼElˊāzār the _ priest/officer he _ will_ standand _ inquire to _ him/it in/on/at/with _ decision _ ofthe _ urim to _ (the) _ face_ of/in_ front_ of/beforeYHWH on command _ of_ his they _ will_ go_ outand _ at command _ of_ his they _ will_ comehe and _ all the _ people_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) with _ him/it and _ all the _ community .
