21 And _ before _ ofʼElˊāzār the _ priest/officer he _ will_ standand _ he _ will_ enquireto _ him/it by _ the _ judgement_ ofthe _ Urimto _ (the) _ face_ of/in_ front_ of/beforeYHWH on mouth _ of_ his they _ will_ go_ outand _ on mouth _ of_ his they _ will_ comehe and _ all the _ people_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) with _ him/it and _ all the _ congregation .
