2 And_ the_descendants_of _they_came of_Gād and_the_sons of_Rəʼūⱱēn and_they_said to Mosheh and_near/to ʼElˊāzār the_priest/officer and_near/to the_leaders_of the_congregation to_say.
3 ˊAţārōt and_Diyⱱvōn and_Yaˊzēr and_Nimrāh and_Ḩeshbōn and_ʼElˊālēh and_Şəⱱāʼm and_Nəⱱō and_Bəˊon.
4 The_earth/land which he_defeated YHWH to_(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before the_congregation_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) is_a_land_of livestock it and_belongs_to_servants_of_your livestock.
5 and_they_said if we_have_found favour in_eyes_of_your let_it_be_given DOM the_earth/land (the)_this to_servants_of_your to_a_possession do_not make_us_pass_over DOM the_Yardēn/(Jordan).

8 Thus fathers_of_your(pl) they_did when_sent_I DOM_them from_Qādēsh- barnēˊa to_see DOM the_earth/land.
9 And_they_went_up to the_wadi_of ʼEshkol and_they_saw DOM the_earth/land and_they_discouraged DOM the_heart_of the_people_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) to_not to_go into the_earth/land which he_had_given to/for_them YHWH.

15 If/because you(pl)_will_turn_back from_after_him and_he_will_repeat again to_leave_it in_wilderness and_you(pl)_will_destroy to/from_all/each/any/every the_people (the)_this.
16 and_they_drew_near to_him/it and_they_said folds_of sheep we_will_build for_livestock_of_our here and_cities for_our_little_of_one[s].
17 And_we we_will_equip_ourselves hurried to_(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before the_people_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) until that (if) we_have_brought_them to place_of_their one[s]_of_our_little and_it_will_remain in_the_cities_of (the)_fortification from_face/in_front_of the_inhabitants_of the_earth/land.
18 Not we_will_return to houses_of_our until have_inherited the_people_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) everyone inheritance_of_his.
19 If/because not we_will_inherit with_them from_the_other_side of_Yardēn/(Jordan) and_beyond if/because inheritance_of_our it_has_come to_us from_the_other_side_of the_Yardēn eastward_to.
20 and_he/it_said to_them Mosheh if you(pl)_will_do DOM the_thing the_this if you_will_equip_yourselves to_(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before YHWH for_battle.
21 And_he_will_pass_over to/for_you(pl) every_of equipped_man DOM the_Yardēn to_(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before YHWH until he_has_dispossessed DOM enemies_of_his from_before_of_him.
22 And_it_will_be_subdued the_earth/land to_(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before YHWH and_after you(pl)_will_return and_you(pl)_will_be free from_YHWH and_from_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_it_will_belong the_earth/land (the)_this to/for_you(pl) to_a_possession to_(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before YHWH.
23 And_if not you(pl)_will_do thus THERE you(pl)_have_sinned to/for_YHWH and_know sin_of_your(pl) (cmp) it_will_find you(pl).
24 Build to/for_you(pl) cities for_your_little_of_one[s] and_folds for_sheep_of_your(pl) and_the_thing_which_has_gone_out from_mouth_of_your(pl) you(pl)_will_do.
25 And_ the_descendants_of _he/it_said of_Gād and_the_sons of_Rəʼūⱱēn to Mosheh your_servants to_say they_will_do just_as my_master is_commanding.
26 one[s]_of_our_little wives_of_our livestock_of_our and_all cattle_of_our they_will_be there in_the_cities_of (the)_Gilˊād.
27 And_servants_of_your they_will_pass_over every_of man_equipped_of war to_(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before YHWH for_battle just_as my_master is_saying.
28 And_he/it_commanded to/for_them Mosheh DOM ʼElˊāzār the_priest/officer and_DOM Yəhōshūˊa/(Joshua) the_son_of Nūn and_DOM the_heads_of the_fathers_of the_tribes of_the_people_of of_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel).
29 And_ Mosheh _he/it_said to_them if they_will_pass_over the_descendants_of Gād and_the_sons of_Rəʼūⱱēn with_you(pl) DOM the_Yardēn/(Jordan) every_of man_equipped for_battle to_(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before YHWH and_it_will_be_subdued the_earth/land before_you(pl) and_you(pl)_will_give to/for_them DOM the_land_of (the)_Gilˊād to_a_possession.
30 And_if not they_will_pass_over equipped with_you(pl) and_they_will_have_possessions among_you(pl)[fn] in_land of_Kənaˊan/(Canaan).
31 And_ the_descendants_of _they_answered of_Gād and_the_sons of_Rəʼūⱱēn to_say DOM that_which he_has_spoken YHWH to your_servants thus we_will_do.
32 We we_will_pass_over equipped to_(the)_face_of/in_front_of/before YHWH the_land_of Kənaˊan/(Canaan) and_will_be_with_us the_possession_of our_inheritance_of_our from_the_other_side of_Yardēn.
33 And_he/it_gave to/for_them Mosheh to_the_descendants_of Gād and_to_the_descendants_of Rəʼūⱱēn and_to_the_half_of the_tribe_of Mənashsheh the_son_of Yōşēf/(Joseph) DOM the_kingdom_of Şīḩōn the_king_of the_ʼAmorī and_DOM the_kingdom_of ˊŌg the_king_of (the)_Bāshān the_earth/land to_cities_of_its with_territories_of the_cities_of the_earth/land all_around.
34 And_ the_descendants_of _they_built of_Gād DOM Diyⱱvōn and_DOM ˊAţārōt and_DOM ˊArōˊēr.
35 And_DOM ˊAţrōt Shōfān and_DOM Yaˊzēr/(Jazer) and_Yāgəbəhāh/(Jogbehah).
36 And_DOM Bēyt Nimrāh and_DOM Bēyt Nimrāh cities_of fortification and_folds_of sheep.
37 And_the_sons of_Rəʼūⱱēn they_built DOM Ḩeshbōn and_DOM ʼElˊālēh and_DOM Qiryātayim.
38 And_DOM Nəⱱō and_DOM Baˊal Məˊōn changed_of name and_DOM Səⱱām and_they_called by_names DOM the_names_of the_cities which they_had_built.
39 And_ the_descendants_of _they_went of_Mākīr the_son_of Mənashsheh to_Gilˊād and_they_captured_it and_he_dispossessed DOM the_ʼAmorī who was_in_it.
40 And_ Mosheh _he/it_gave DOM (the)_Gilˊād to_Mākīr the_son_of Mənashsheh and_he/it_sat_down//remained//lived in_it.
41 And_Yāʼīr/(Jair) the_son_of Mənashsheh he_went and_he_captured DOM villages_of_their and_he/it_called them the_villages_of Yāʼīr.
42 And_Noⱱaḩ he_went and_he_captured DOM Qənāt and_DOM daughters_of_its and_he/it_called (to)_it Noⱱaḩ by_his_own_of_name.
