4 And _ pasturelands the _ cities which you _ all_ will_ giveto _ the_ Lēviyyiy from _ wall the _ city and _ outward one _ thousandcubit[s] all _ around5 And _ measure from _ outside of _ the_ city DOM [the] _ sideeast _ on two _ thousandin/on/at/with _ cubits and _ DOM [the] _ sideof _ [the]_ southtwo _ thousandin/on/at/with _ cubits and _ DOM [the] _ sideof _ [the]_ westtwo _ thousandin/on/at/with _ cubits and _ DOM [the] _ sideof _ [the]_ northtwo _ thousandin/on/at/with _ cubits and _ the _ city in/on/at/with _ center this it _ will_ belongto/for _ them the _ pasture_ landsthe _ cities .

7 All the _ cities which you _ all_ will_ giveto _ the_ Lēviyyiy [will _ be]_ fortyand _ eight citi[es] DOM _ them and _ DOM pasturelands _ their .
8 And _ the _ cities which you _ all_ will_ givefrom _ possession of _ the_ peopleof _ Yisrāʼēl /(Israel)from the _ larger you _ all_ will_ increaseand _ from the _ smaller you _ all_ will_ decreaseeach _ onein _ proportion _ ofinheritance _ it which they _ will_ inheritit _ will_ givesome _ of_ cities _ its to _ the_ Lēviyyiy .
9 and _ he/it _ spokeYHWH to Mosheh to _ saying .

12 And _ they _ will_ beto/for _ you _ allthe _ cities as _ refuge from _ avenger and _ not he _ will_ diethe _ manslayer until stands _ he to _ (the) _ face_ of/in_ front_ of/beforethe _ congregation for _ the_ trial .
13 And _ the _ cities which you _ all_ will_ givesix cities of _ refugethey _ will_ befor _ you _ all14 DOM (the) _ threethe _ cities you _ all_ will_ giveon _ across of _ the_ Yardēn and _ DOM (the) _ threethe _ cities you _ all_ will_ givein _ land of _ Kinaˊan/(Canaan)cities of _ refugethey _ will_ be15 For _ sons of _ Yisrāʼēl /(Israel)and _ for _ the_ alien and _ for _ the_ temporary _ residentin/on/at/with _ midst _ them they _ will_ becomethe _ sixthe _ cities the _ these as _ refuge so _ that_ flee there _ to any [one _ who]_ has_ struck_ down(of) _ a_ personin/on/at/with _ accident .

22 And _ if in/on/at/with _ suddenness in/on/at/with _ not enmity pushes _ him or he _ threwon/upon/above _ him/it any weapon in/on/at/with _ no lying _ in_ wait23 Or in/on/at/with _ any stone which someone _ will_ diein/on/at/with _ her in/on/at/with _ not seeing _ [him]and _ he/it _ made_ fall/lie_ downon/upon/above _ him/it and _ he/it _ diedand _ he not [was] _ an_ enemyto _ him/it and _ not [he _ was]_ seekingharm _ his .
24 And _ judge the _ congregation between the _ slayer and _ between the _ avengerthe _ blood on the _ ordinances the _ these .
25 And _ protect the _ congregation DOM the _ manslayer from _ hand of _ the_ avengerthe _ blood and _ restore DOM _ him/it the _ congregation to the _ cityrefuge _ his where he _ had_ fledthere _ to and _ live in/on/at/with _ it until the _ deaththe _ priest/officer the _ big/great(sg) whom someone _ had_ anointedDOM _ him/it in/on/at/with _ oil the _ holy .

28 If/because in/on/at/with _ city refuge _ his he _ will_ remainuntil the _ deaththe _ priest/officer the _ big/great(sg) and _ after the _ deaththe _ priest/officer the _ big/great(sg) he _ will_ returnthe _ manslayer to the _ landpossession _ his .
29 And _ they _ will_ bethese _ [things]to/for _ you _ allfor _ ordinance of _ judgementthroughout _ generations _ your _ all’sin/on/at/with _ all live _ you _ all30 Any [one _ who]_ strikes_ down(of) _ a_ personon _ evidence of _ witnessessomeone _ will_ killDOM the _ murderer and _ witness one not he _ will_ testifyin/on/at/with _ one to _ put _ to_ death31 And _ not you _ all_ will_ takea _ ransomto _ living _ creatureof _ a_ killerwho he [is] _ guiltyof _ death if/because surely _ (die)he _ will_ be_ put_ to_ death32 And _ not you _ all_ will_ takea _ ransomfor _ fled to the _ cityrefuge _ his to _ return to _ live on _ the_ earth until the _ deaththe _ priest/officer .
