2 And_ Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) _it_vowed a_vow to/for_YHWH and_it_said if really_(give) you_will_give DOM the_people the_this in_hand_of_my and_I_will_totally_destroy DOM cities_of_their.
3 And_ YHWH _he/it_listened to_the_voice_of Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_he/it_gave DOM the_Kənaˊₐnī/(Canaanite)[s] and_it_totally_destroyed them and_DOM cities_of_their and_he/it_called the_name_of the_place Ḩārəmāh.
4 and_they_set_out from_Hor the_mountain the_direction_of the_sea_of reed[s] to_go_around DOM the_land_of ʼEdōm and_ the_self_of _it_became_short of_the_people on_way.
5 And_he/it_spoke the_people against_god and_against_Mosheh why have_you(pl)_brought_us_up from_Miʦrayim/(Egypt) to_die in_wilderness if/because there_is_not food and_there_is_not water and_self_of_our it_loathes (in)_food (the)_worthless.
6 And_ YHWH _he_sent among_people DOM the_snakes the_saraphs and_they_bit DOM the_people and_ a_people _he/it_died numerous from_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel).
7 And_it_came the_people to Mosheh and_they_said we_have_sinned if/because we_have_spoken against_YHWH and_against_you pray to YHWH so_that_he_may_remove from_on_us DOM the_snake and_ Mosheh _he_prayed for the_people.
8 And_ YHWH _he/it_said to Mosheh make to/for_yourself(m) a_saraph and_put DOM_him/it on a_standard and_it_was every_of (the)_one_who_is_bitten and_he_will_see DOM_him/it and_he_will_live.
9 And_ Mosheh _he/it_made a_snake_of bronze and_he_put_it on the_standard and_it_was if it_had_bitten the_snake DOM anyone and_he_looked to the_snake_of (the)_bronze and_he_lived.
10 And_ the_people_of _they_set_out of_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) and_they_encamped in_ʼOⱱot.
11 And_they_set_out from_ʼOⱱot and_they_encamped at_ˊIyyiy-/(Iye-) hāˊₐⱱārīm/(abarim) in_wilderness which is_on the_face_of Mōʼāⱱ from_the_rising_of the_sun.
12 From_there they_set_out and_they_encamped in_the_wadi_of Zered.
13 From_there they_set_out and_they_encamped from_the_other_side_of ʼArnōn which is_in_wilderness which_goes_out from_the_border_of[fn] the_ʼAmorī if/because ʼArnōn is_the_border_of Mōʼāⱱ between Mōʼāⱱ and_between the_ʼAmorī.
14 Therefore yes/correct/thus/so it_is_said in_the_book_of the_wars_of YHWH DOM Vāhēⱱ in_Şūfāh and_DOM the_wadis ʼArnōn.
15 And_the_slope_of the_wadis which it_extends to_the_dwelling of_ˊĀr and_it_leans to_the_border_of Mōʼāⱱ.
16 And_from_there to_Bəʼēr that is_the_well which he_said YHWH to_Mosheh gather DOM the_people so_that_I_may_give to/for_them water.
17 then Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) it_sang DOM the_song (the)_this spring_up Oh_well sing to/for_her/it.
18 A_well which_they_dug_it the_leaders which_they_dug_it the_noble_people_of the_people with_a_ruler’s_staff with_staffs_of_their and_from_the_wilderness Mattānāh.
19 And_from_Mattānāh Naḩₐlīʼēl and_from_Naḩₐlīʼēl Bāmōt.
20 And_from_Bāmōt the_valley which is_in_the_region_of Mōʼāⱱ the_top_of (the)_Pişgāh and_it_looked_down over the_face_of (the)_Yəshimōn/(Jeshimon).
21 and_ Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) _it_sent messengers to Şīḩōn the_king_of the_ʼAmorī to_say.
22 Let_me_pass in_land_of_your not we_will_turn_aside in_a_field and_in_a_vineyard not we_will_drink water_of a_well on_the_way_of the_king we_will_go until that we_will_pass_through territory_of_your.
23 And_not Şīḩōn he_permitted DOM Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) to_pass in_territory_of_his and_ Şīḩōn _he_gathered DOM all_of people_of_his and_he/it_went_out to_meet Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) to_the_wilderness and_he_came to_Yahaʦ/(Jahaz) and_he_engaged_in_battle against_Yisrāʼēl/(Israel).
24 And_it_defeated_him Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) to_the_mouth_of the_sword and_it_took_possession_of DOM land_of_his from_ʼArnōn to Yaboq/(Jabbok) to the_descendants_of ˊAmmōn if/because was_strong the_border_of the_descendants_of ˊAmmōn.
25 And_ Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) _he/it_took DOM all_of the_cities the_these and_ Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) _he/it_sat_down//remained//lived in_all the_cities_of the_ʼAmorī in_Ḩeshbōn and_on/over_all daughters_of_its.
26 If/because Ḩeshbōn was_the_city_of Şīḩōn the_king_of the_ʼAmorī it and_he he_had_waged_war against_the_king_of Mōʼāⱱ (the)_former and_he/it_took DOM all_of land_of_his from_hand_of_his to ʼArnōn.
27 Therefore yes/correct/thus/so they_say those_who_speak_proverbs come Ḩeshbōn let_it_be_rebuilt and_let_it_be_established the_city_of Şīḩōn.
28 If/because fire it_went_out from_Ḩeshbōn flame from_the_town_of Şīḩōn it_consumed ˊĀr of_Mōʼāⱱ the_citizens_of the_high_places_of ʼArnōn.
29 Woe to/for_yourself(m) Oh_Mōʼāⱱ you_have_perished Oh_people_of Kəmōsh/(Chemosh) he_has_made sons_of_his fugitives and_daughters_of_his in_captivity of_the_king_of the_ʼAmorī[s] Şīḩōn.
30 And_we_shot_at_them Ḩeshbōn it_has_perished to Diyⱱvōn and_we_have_devastated to Nofaḩ which[fn] is_to Mēydəⱱāʼ.
31 And_ Yisrāʼēl/(Israel) _he/it_sat_down//remained//lived in_land the_ʼAmorī.
32 And_ Mosheh _he_sent to_spy_out DOM Yaˊzēr/(Jazer) and_they_captured daughters_of_its and_it_dispossessed[fn] DOM the_ʼAmorī who was_there.
33 And_they_turned and_they_went_up the_way_of (the)_Bāshān and_ ˊŌg _he/it_went_out the_king_of (the)_Bāshān to_meet_them he and_all people_of_his for_battle ʼEdreˊī.
34 And_ YHWH _he/it_said to Mosheh do_not fear DOM_him/it if/because in_hand_of_your I_have_given DOM_him/it and_DOM all_of people_of_his and_DOM land_of_his and_you_will_do for_him/it just_as you_did to_Şīḩōn the_king_of the_ʼAmorī who was_dwelling in_Ḩeshbōn.
35 And_they_defeated DOM_him/it and_DOM sons_of_his and_DOM all_of people_of_his until not left to_him/it a_survivor and_they_took_possession_of DOM land_of_his.
