3 And_it _was _heavy the_battle against Shāʼūl and_they_found _him the_archers men with_bow and_he _was _in _severe _pain exceedingly from_the_archers.

4 And_ Shāʼūl _he/it _said his _armour(s)_of_his to_the _bearer _of draw sword _of_your and_pierce_me _through with_it lest they _should _come the _uncircumcised_men the_these and_they_will _pierce _me _through and_they _will _deal _wantonly with_me and_not he _was _willing his _armour(s)_of_his the _bearer _of if/because he _was _afraid exceedingly and_ Shāʼūl _he/it _took DOM the_drought//sword/knife and_he _fell on_it.

10 And_they _put DOM armour(s)_of_his the _house _of ˊAshtārōt and_DOM corpse _of_his they _fixed on_the _wall _of Bēyt Shan.

11 And_they _heard to_him/it the _inhabitants _of Yāⱱēsh/(Jabesh) DOM that_which they _had _done the_Fəlishtiy to_Shāʼūl.

12 And_ every _of _they _arose man _of strength and_they _went all _of the_night and_they _took DOM the _corpse _of Shāʼūl and_DOM the _corpses _of his _sons _of_his from_the _wall _of Bēyt Shan and_they _came to_Yāⱱēsh and_they _burnt DOM_them there.
