6 and _ he/it _ waswhen _ they _ came when _ returned Dāvid from _ when _ struck_ downDOM the _ Philistine and _ they _ came_ outthe _ women from _ all the _ cities_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) to _ sing [fn ] and _ the _ dancing(s) to _ Shāʼūl _ meet the _ king with _ tambourines with _ joy and _ with _ three-stringed _ instruments7 And _ they _ sangthe _ women who _ were _ playingand _ they _ saidhe _ has_ struck_ downShāʼūl (on) _ his _ of_ thousands [fn ] and _ Dāvid (on) _ his_ ten _ of_ thousands .

11 And _ Shāʼūl _ he _ hurledDOM the _ spear and _ he/it _ saidI _ will_ strike(on) _ Dāvid and _ (on) _ wall and _ Dāvid _ he _ went_ aroundfrom _ before _ of_ him two _ times12 And _ Shāʼūl _ he _ was_ afraidfrom _ to/for _ face/front/presence Dāvid if/because he _ wasYHWH with _ him/it and _ from _ with Shāʼūl he _ had_ turned_ aside13 And _ he _ removed _ himShāʼūl from _ with _ him and _ he _ appointed _ himto _ him/it a _ commander_ ofa _ thousandand _ he/it _ went_ outand _ he _ cameto _ (the) _ face_ of/in_ front_ of/beforethe _ people .
14 and _ he/it _ wasDāvid to/from _ all/each/any/every way _ of_ his [fn ] being _ successfuland _ YHWH with _ him/it .
15 And _ Shāʼūl _ he/it _ saw(cmp) he was _ being_ successfulexceedingly and _ he _ was_ afraidof _ him .
16 And _ all Yisrāʼēl /(Israel) and _ Yə hūdāh/(Yihudah) was _ lovingDOM Dāvid if/because he was _ going_ outand _ was _ coming before _ them .
17 and _ Shāʼūl _ he/it _ saidto Dāvid here daughter _ of_ my (the) _ old Mērāⱱ DOM _ her/it I _ will_ giveto/for _ yourself(m) to/for _ (a) _ womanonly become to/for _ me (into) _ a_ son _ ofstrength and _ fight the _ battles_ ofYHWH and _ Shāʼūl/(Saul) he _ saidnot let _ it_ behand _ of_ my in/on/over _ him/it and _ let _ it_ bein _ him/it the _ hand_ ofthe _ Fə lishtiy18 and _ Dāvid _ he/it _ saidto Shāʼūl who am _ Iand _ who kinsfolk _ of_ are _ mythe _ clan_ ofmy _ father_ of_ of in _ Yisrāʼēl /(Israel) (cmp) I _ will_ bea _ son-in-lawof _ king .

22 And _ Shāʼūl _ he/it _ commandedDOM servant _ of_ his [fn ] speak to Dāvid in _ secrecy to _ say here he _ delightsin _ you the _ king and _ all servants _ of_ his they _ love _ youand _ now be _ son-in-lawto _ king .

30 and _ the _ commanders_ of_ they _ went_ outthe _ Fə lishtiyand _ he/it _ wasfrom _ sufficiency they _ went _ outDāvid he _ was_ successfulfrom _ all the _ servants_ ofShāʼūl his/its _ name and _ it _ was_ esteemedexceedingly .
