וּמִן־הַדָּם֮ אֲשֶׁ֣ר עַל־הַמִּזְבֵּחַ֒
and=from the,blood which/who on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in the,altar
The expression the blood that was on the altar refers to the blood of the sacrificed animal that had earlier been placed on the horns of the altar. If this would be not clear in your language, consider stating the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: “and some of the blood that he had previously put on the four horns of the altar”
Note 3 topic: translate-unknown

and,sprinkled on/upon ʼAhₐron on/upon/above/on_account_of//he/it_went_in garments,his and,on sons,his and,on garments sons',his with=him/it
This is a ritual action. Just as sprinkling the oil on the utensils of the sacred tent sanctified them and dedicated them for service to Yahweh, the mixture of blood and oil both dedicated Aaron and his sons for service to Yahweh as priests and purified them and their clothing from the impurity of sin through the cleansing nature of blood. If this would not be clear to your readers, consider stating the meaning of the symbolic action in a footnote or in the text of your translation. Alternate translation: “and he sprinkled them on Aaron, on his clothes, and on his sons and on the clothes of his sons with him. He did this in order to dedicate Aaron and his sons and to purify them from the impurity of sin”
Note 4 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit

See how you translated the similar expression in 8:10. Alternate translation: “And he set Aaron, his clothes, and his sons and the clothes of his sons with him, apart and dedicated them all for the service of Yahweh alone”
