Even though Moses is speaking to all the Israelites, you and your are singular in this verse. If the singular forms of these pronouns would not be natural in your language, you could use the plural forms in your translation.

The blessing and the curse are spoken of as if they were objects that one could set on a mountain. Moses means that the Israelites will remind themselves of the consequences of obedience or disobedience while some of them are on each mountain.
