13:1-46 a serious skin disease (Hebrew tsara‘at): The Hebrew word is much broader than the severely disfiguring Hansen’s disease (see study note on 13:2). This larger range included symptoms such as an open sore (13:10), a boil (13:18), a burn (13:24), a sore on the head or chin (13:29), shiny white patches (13:38), or abnormal baldness (13:40). A general test was whether or not the abnormality was spreading (13:5-8). If so, a quarantine was ordered for as long as the disorder persisted (13:46). Not just people, but clothing (13:47-59) and even buildings (14:33-53) could contract such infections.

וְאִם־פָּשֹׂ֨ה תִפְשֶׂ֤ה הַמִּסְפַּ֨חַת֙ בָּע֔וֹר
and=if to_spread spread the,scab in/on/at/with,skin
This expression repeats the verb spread in order to intensify the idea that it expresses. If your language can repeat words for intensification, it would be appropriate to do that here in your translation. If not, your language may have another way of expressing the emphasis. Alternate translation: “But if the scab spreads aggressively on the skin”
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
אַחֲרֵ֧י הֵרָאֹת֛וֹ אֶל־הַכֹּהֵ֖ן לְטָהֳרָת֑וֹ
after shown,he to/towards the=priest/officer for,cleansing,his
This expression refers to a period of time after an individual has gone to the priest and been declared clean, as the previous verse explained. If this would not be clear in your language, consider stating the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: “after he has appeared to the priest and was pronounced clean”
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
וְנִרְאָ֥ה שֵׁנִ֖ית אֶל־הַכֹּהֵֽן
and,appear again to/towards the=priest/officer
This expression means that the individual whose scab has spread after he was pronounced clean should go back to the priest to be examined again. If this would not be clear in your language, consider stating the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: “then he shall go to the priest a second time”
Note 4 topic: translate-ordinal
שֵׁנִ֖ית
again
The word second is the ordinal form of the number two. Alternate translation: “again”
