17 he _ is _ leading_ away counsellors barefoot and _ judges he _ makes_ look_ foolish .
18 the _ correction_ of kings he _ untie/releases and _ he _ bound a _ loincloth on _ their _ of_ loins .
19 he _ is _ leading_ away priests barefoot and _ _ long _ established he _ subverts .
