BSB “Therefore their path will become slick;
⇔ they will be driven away into the darkness and fall into it.
 ⇔ For I will bring disaster upon them
⇔ in the year of their punishment,”
⇔ declares the LORD.

OEB The way they must tread shall be therefore
⇔ As slippery ground in the darkness,
⇔ Whereon they are thrust till they fall:
 ⇔ For I will bring evil upon them–
⇔ The year of their visitation.

FBV That's why their path will become slippery; they will be chased away in the dark and fall down. I'm going to bring disaster on them at the time when they're punished, declares the Lord.
