This instruction refers to the fact that if the priest sees the scall spreading aggressively after the person was pronounced clean, they need not have yellow hair in order to be pronounced unclean once more. It may be helpful to clarify this for your readers. Alternate translation: “The priest need not look for yellow hair. Because the scall has spread once again, the person is unclean”
