18 Surely _(wear _out) you _will _wear _yourself _out both you as _well _as the_people the_this which is_with_you if/because is _too_heavy for_you the_thing not you _are _able to_do _it you_alone.

19 Now listen to_voice _of_my let_me _advise _you and_let _it _be god with_you be you for_people in _front _of the_ʼElohīm and_you _will _bring you DOM the_matters to the_ʼElohīm.

20 And_you _will _warn them DOM the_regulations and_DOM the_laws and_you _will _make _known to/for_them DOM the_way which_they _will _walk in_it and_DOM the_work which they_will _do.

21 And_you(ms) you _will _select from_all the_people men _of ability those_fearing _of (of)_god men _of faithfulness who_hate _of (of)_unjust _gain and_you _will _appoint over_them leaders _of thousands leaders _of hundreds leaders _of fifties and_leaders _of tens.
