6 And _ he/it _ saidto Mosheh I father-in-law _ your Yitrō [am] _ comingto _ you and _ wife _ your and _ two sons _ her with _ her/it .
7 And _ he/it _ went_ outMosheh to _ meet father-in-law _ his and _ bowed _ downand _ kissed to _ him/it and _ asked each after _ other _ him of _ welfare and _ they _ camethe _ tent _ into .
8 And _ told Mosheh to _ father-in-law _ his DOM all that he _ had_ doneYHWH to _ Farˊoh and _ to _ Miʦrayimians on the _ causesof _ Yisrāʼēl /(Israel)DOM all the _ hardship which beset _ them in/on/at/with _ way and _ delivered _ them YHWH 9 And _ rejoiced Yitrō/(Jethro) on all the _ good which he _ had_ doneYHWH for _ Yisrāʼēl /(Israel) whom delivering _ them from _ hand of _ Miʦrayim10 And _ he/it _ saidYitrō [be] _ blessedYHWH who he _ has_ deliveredDOM _ you _ allfrom _ hand of _ Miʦrayim/(Egypt)and _ from _ hand of _ Farˊohwho he _ has_ deliveredDOM the _ people from _ under the _ handof _ Miʦrayim11 Now I _ knowif/because _ that[is] _ greatYHWH from _ all the _ ʼElohīm if/because in/on/at/with _ matter which they _ have_ acted_ presumptuouslyagainst _ them .
12 And _ he/it _ tookYitrō the _ father-in-lawof _ Mosheha _ burnt_ offeringand _ sacrifices to _ god and _ came ʼAhₐron and _ all/each/any/every the _ eldersof _ Yisrāʼēl /(Israel)to _ eat food with the _ father-in-lawof _ Moshehto _ (the) _ face_ of/in_ front_ of/beforethe _ ʼElohīm .
13 And _ he/it _ wason _ next _ dayand _ he/it _ sat_ down//remained//livedMosheh to _ judge DOM the _ people and _ stood the _ people at Mosheh from the _ morning until the _ evening .
14 And _ he/it _ sawthe _ father-in-lawof _ MoshehDOM all that he [was] _ doingfor _ the_ people and _ he/it _ saidwhat the _ thing the _ this which you [are] _ doingfor _ the_ people why [are] _ yousitting by _ yourself and _ all the _ people [is] _ standingaround _ you from morning until evening .
15 And _ he/it _ saidMosheh to _ father-in-law _ his if/because it _ comesto _ me the _ people to _ inquire _ ofgod .
16 If/because it _ will_ belongto/for _ them a _ matter[it _ is]_ comingto _ me and _ decide between each and _ between his/its _ neighbour and _ known DOM the _ statutesthe _ ʼElohīm and _ DOM laws _ his .
17 And _ he/it _ saidthe _ father-in-lawof _ Moshehto _ him/it not [is] _ goodthe _ thing which you [are] _ doing18 Surely _ (wear_ out)you _ will_ wear_ yourself_ outboth you as _ well_ asthe _ people the _ this which with _ you if/because [is _ too]_ heavyfor _ you the _ task not you _ are_ abledo _ it by _ yourself .
19 Now listen in/on/at/with _ voice _ me give _ advice_ you and _ let _ it_ begod with _ you be you for _ the_ people in _ front_ ofthe _ ʼElohīm and _ bring you DOM the _ cases to the _ ʼElohīm .
20 And _ teach DOM _ them DOM the _ statutes and _ DOM the _ laws and _ known to/for _ them DOM the _ way [which] _ they_ will_ walkin/on/at/with _ which and _ DOM the _ work which do .
21 And _ you(ms) you _ will_ selectfrom _ all the _ people men of _ ability[those] _ fearing(of) _ godmen of _ faithfulness[who] _ hate(of) _ unjust_ gainand _ place over _ them leaders of _ thousandsleaders of _ hundredsleaders of _ fiftiesand _ commanders of _ tens22 And _ judge DOM the _ people in _ all time and _ it _ wasevery the _ case the _ big/great(sg) they _ will_ bringto _ you and _ all the _ case the _ small(sg) they _ will_ judgethey and _ easier from _ on _ you and _ bear _ the_ burdenwith _ you .
23 If DOM the _ thing the _ this you _ will_ doand _ commands _ you god and _ able to _ endureand _ also all the _ people the _ this to home _ their it _ will_ goin/on/at/with _ peace .
24 And _ he/it _ listenedMosheh to _ sound/voice father-in-law _ his and _ he/it _ madeall that he _ had_ said25 And _ chose Mosheh men of _ abilityfrom _ all Yisrāʼēl /(Israel) and _ he/it _ gaveDOM _ them chiefs over the _ people leaders of _ thousandsleaders of _ hundredsleaders of _ fiftiesand _ commanders of _ tens26 And _ judged DOM the _ people in _ all time DOM the _ cases the _ difficult bring to Mosheh and _ all the _ case the _ small(sg) they _ judgedthey .
