31 And _ believed the _ people and _ they _ heardif/because _ thathe _ had_ observedYHWH DOM the _ peopleof _ Yisrāʼēl /(Israel)and _ because/when he _ had_ seenDOM misery _ their and _ bowed _ downand _ worshiped .
