OET (OET-RV) Hizkiyah accepted the letter brought by the messengers and read it. Then he went into Yahweh’s residence and spread it out in front of Yahweh

OET-LV And_ Ḩizqiy^yāh _he/it _took DOM the_letters from_the _hand _of the _messengers and_he_read _it and_he/it _ascended the _house _of YHWH and_he_spread _it _out Ḩizqiy^yāh to_(the)_face _of/in _front _of/before YHWH.

ULT And Hezekiah took the writings from the hand of the messengers, and he read it. And he went up, to the house of Yahweh, and Hezekiah spread it out to the face of Yahweh.

UST The messengers gave Hezekiah a letter from the Assyrian king that said the same thing they had told him. Hezekiah read the letter. Then he went to the courtyard of Yahweh’s temple. The Assyrian king had written the letter on a scroll, and Hezekiah unrolled the scroll so that the writing would be visible as he prayed to Yahweh.
