24 And after five days, Ananias the chief _priest came _down with some elders, and Tertullos a_certain an_attorney, who reported to _the governor against the Paulos.
2 And of _him having _been _called, the Tertullos began to _be _accusing him saying:
Of _great peace obtaining through you, and of_the_reforms becoming to_ the this _nation through the your provision, 3 both everything and everywhere, most _excellent Faʸlix we _are _welcoming it, with all thanksgiving.
4 But in _order _that I _may_ not _be _hindering more for you, the in _your gentleness I _am _imploring you to _hear from _us briefly.
5 For/Because having _found the this man a_pestilence, and stirring insurrections to _all the Youdaiōns which in the inhabited _world, and a_ring _leader of _the of _the Nazōraios sect, 6 who even attempted to _profane the temple, also whom we _apprehended.
7  8 from whom you _will _be _able yourself, having _examined him concerning all these things, to _know of _which things we are _accusing against _him.
9 And the Youdaiōns also piled _on, alleging these things to _be _having thus.
10 And the Paulos answered, the governor having _nodded to _him to _be _speaking, this for many years you being judge to_ the _nation Knowing, I _am_ cheerfully _defending the things concerning myself.
11 Of _you being _able to _know that there _are not more to _me twelve days, from which I _went _up going _to _prostrate in Hierousalaʸm/(Yərūshālayim).
12 And they _found me neither in the temple discussing with anyone or making a_opposition of_a_crowd, neither in the synagogues, nor in the city, 13 nor are _they _being _able to _stand _by to _you, concerning which now they _are _accusing against _me.
14 But I _am _confessing this to _you that according _to the way which they _are _calling a_sect, thus I _am _serving unto _the ancestral god, believing in _all the things throughout the law and in _the things having _been _written in the prophets, 15 having a_hope in the god, which also these themselves are _waiting _for, a_resurrection to _be _going going _to _be, of_the_righteous both and of_the_unrighteous.
16 In this also I_ myself _am _exercising, a_ inoffensive _conscience to _be _having toward the god and the people through everything.
17 And through more years I _arrived going _to _make alms to the nation of _me and offerings, 18 at which they _found me in the temple having _been _purified, neither with a_crowd, nor with commotion.
19 But some Youdaiōns from the Asia, who it _was _fitting to _be _being _present before you and to _be _accusing, if anything might _be _having against me.
20 Or let_ these themselves _say, what they _found wrong, having _stood of _me before the council, 21 than concerning this one voice, which I _cried _out among them having _stood:
that I am _being _judged by you _all today concerning the_resurrection of_the_dead.
22 But the Faʸlix he _put _off them, having _known more _exactly the things concerning the way, having _said:
Whenever Lusias the commander may _come _down, I _will _be _investigating the things concerning you _all, 23 having _directed to _the centurion him to _be _being _kept, and to _be _having relaxation, and to _be _forbidding no _one of _his own people of _him to _be _attending to _him.
24 But after some days, the Faʸlix having _arrived with Drousilla, his own wife being a_Youdaios, he _sent _for the Paulos, and heard from _him concerning the faith in chosen _one /messiah.
25 But him discussing concerning righteousness, and self-control, and the judgment which coming, the Faʸlix having _become frightened, answered:
the_ Present _time being be _going, and having _taken time, I _will _be _summoning you.
26 Together also hoping that money will _be _being _given to _him by the Paulos, therefore also more _frequently sending _for him, he _was _conversing with _him.
27 But two _years having _been _fulfilled, the Faʸlix received successor Porkios Faʸstos, and wanting to _grant a_favour to _the Youdaiōns, the Faʸlix left the Paulos having _been _bound.
