13 and_sent the_people of_Yisrā^ʼēl/(Israel) to the_descendants of_Rəʼūⱱēn and_near/to the_descendants of_Gād and_near/to the_half of_the_tribe of_Mənashsheh to the_land the_Gilˊād DOM Fīnəḩāş the_son of_ʼElˊāzār the_priest/officer.

26 And_said let_us_act please to/for_us to_build DOM the_altar not for_burnt_offering and_not for_sacrifice.
27 If/because [is]_a_witness it between_us and_between_you_all and_between generations_our after_us that_perform DOM the_service of_Yahweh in_presence_his in/on/at/with_burnt_offerings_our and_in/on/at/with_sacrifices_our and_in/on/at/with_fellowship_offerings_our and_not they_will_say children_your_all’s tomorrow to_children_our there_[belongs]_not to/for_you_all a_portion in/on/at/with_LORD.
