ULT So Abimelech called for Isaac and said, “Behold, she is really your wife! So how could you say, ‘She is my sister’?” And Isaac said to him, “Because I said, ‘I might die because of her.’ ”
UST So Abimelech summoned Isaac and scolded him, “It is obvious that Rebekah is actually your wife! So why did you tell us that she is your sister?” Isaac answered him, “I said that because I thought someone might kill me in order to have her as a wife.”
