37 and_he _reigned king Tsidqiy^yāh/(Zedekiah) the _son _of Yʼoshiy^yāh/(Josiah) in _place _of Coniah the _son _of Yəhōyāqīm whom Nəⱱūkadneʦʦar he _made _king the _king _of Bāⱱel in_land of _Yəhūdāh.
2 And_not he _listened he and_his _of_servants and_the _people _of the_earth/land to the _words/messages _of YHWH which he _spoke by_the _hand _of Yirmə^yāh the_prophet.
3 And_he _sent the_king Tsidqiy^yāh DOM Yēhūʼ/(Jehu)cal the _son _of Shelem^yāh and_DOM Tsəfan^yāh/(Zephaniah) the _son _of Maˊₐsē^yāh the_priest/officer to Yirmə^yāh the_prophet to_say pray please for_us to YHWH god _of_our.
4 And_Yirmə^yāh was_coming and_was_going _out in _the_middle the_people and_not they _had _put DOM_him/it the _house _of (the)_imprisonment[fn].
5 And_the _army _of Parˊoh it _had _come _forth from_Miʦrayim/(Egypt) and_they _had _heard the_ones_from _Kasdiy who_were_laying _siege on Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) DOM report _of_their and_they _had _taken _themselves _up from_under Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem).
6 and_ the _message _of _he/it _was of_YHWH to Yirmə^yāh/(Jeremiah) the_prophet to_say.
7 Thus YHWH he _says the _god _of Yisrā^ʼēl/(Israel) thus[fn] you(pl)_will _say to the _king _of Yəhūdāh/(Judah) who_sent you(pl) to_me to_consult_me there the _army _of Parˊoh which_was_coming _out to/for_you(pl) to_help is_about _to _return to_its _own _of_land Miʦrayim.
8 And_they _will _return the_ones_from _Kasdiy and_they _will _fight on the_city (the)_this and_they_will _capture _it and_they_will _burn _it with_fire.
9 thus YHWH he _says do _not deceive selves _of_your(pl) to_say surely _(go) they _will _go from_on_us the_ones_from _Kasdiy if/because not they _will _go.
10 If/because if you(pl)_defeated all _of the _army _of the_ones_from _Kasdiy who_are_fighting with_you(pl) and_they _survived among_them men pierced _through everyone in_his _of_tent they _will _arise and_they _will _burn DOM the_city (the)_this with_fire.

14 And_ Yirmə^yāh _he/it _said a _lie not_I am_falling on the_ones_from _Kasdiy and_not he _listened to_him/it and_ Irijah _he _seized (in)_Yirmə^yāh and_he_brought _him to the_officials.
15 And_they _were _angry the_officials towards Yirmə^yāh and_they _struck DOM_him/it and_they _put him the _house _of (the)_fetter[s] the _house _of Yōnātān/(Yəhōnātān/(Jonathan)) the_scribe if/because DOM_him/it they _had _made into _(the)_house _of (the)_imprisonment.
16 If/because Yirmə^yāh he _went into the _house _of the _cistern and_near/to the_cells and_he/it _sat _down//remained//lived there Yirmə^yāh days many.
17 and_he _sent the_king Tsidqiy^yāh/(Zedekiah) and_he_took _him and_he_asked _him the_king in_his _of_house in_secrecy and_he/it _said is_there a _message from_with YHWH and_ Yirmə^yāh _he/it _said there_is and_he/it _said in_the _hand _of the _king _of Bāⱱel you _will _be _given.
18 and_ Yirmə^yāh _he/it _said to the_king Tsidqiy^yāh what have _I _sinned to/for_yourself(m) and_to_your(pl)_of_servants and_to_people the_this (cmp) you(pl)_have _put me into the _house _of (the)_imprisonment.
19 And_where[fn] prophets _of_are_your(pl) who they _prophesied to/for_you(pl) to_say not he _will _come the _king _of Bāⱱel on_you(pl) and_on the_earth/land (the)_this.
20 And_now listen please my_master the_king may _it _fall please supplication _of_my to_your_face and_do _not make_me _go _back the _house _of Yōnātān the_scribe and_not I _will _die there.
21 And_he _commanded the_king Tsidqiy^yāh and_they _deposited DOM Yirmə^yāh/(Jeremiah) in_the _courtyard _of the _guard and_they _gave to_him/it a _round _loaf _of bread to_day from_the _street _of the _bakers until was _finished all _of the_bread from the_city and_ Yirmə^yāh _he/it _sat _down//remained//lived in_the _courtyard _of the _guard.
