21 DOM ʼEdōm and_DOM Mōʼāⱱ and_DOM the_people_of ˊAmmōn.
22 And_DOM all_of the_kings_of Tsor/(Tyre) and_DOM all_of the_kings_of Tsīdōn/(Sidon) and_DOM the_kings_of the_coastland which is_on_the_other_side_of the_sea.
23 And_DOM Dədān and_DOM Tēymāʼ and_DOM Būz and_DOM all_of those_who_are_cut_off_of the_corner.
24 And_DOM all_of the_kings_of Arabia and_DOM all_of the_kings_of the_mixed_people[s] who_dwell in_wilderness.
25 And_DOM all_of the_kings_of Zimrī and_DOM all_of the_kings_of ˊĒylām and_DOM all_of the_kings_of Māday.
26 And_DOM all_of the_kings_of the_north (the)_near and_(the)_far each to his/its_woman and_DOM all_of the_kingdoms_of the_earth/land which are_on the_surface_of the_soil and_the_king_of Sheshach he_will_drink after_them.
27 And_you_will_say to_them thus YHWH he_says hosts the_god_of Yisrā^ʼēl/(Israel) drink and_become_drunk and_vomit and_fall_down and_not you(pl)_will_rise from_face/in_front_of the_drought//sword/knife which I am_about_to_send between_you.
28 And_it_was if/because they_will_refuse to_take the_cup from_your_of_hand to_drink and_you_will_say to_them thus YHWH he_says hosts certainly_(drink) you(pl)_will_drink.
29 If/because here on_city which it_is_called name_of_my on/upon_it(f) I am_beginning to_do_harm and_you(pl) completely_(exempt_from_punishment) will_you(pl)_be_exempt_from_punishment not you(pl)_will_be_exempt_from_punishment if/because a_sword I am_calling on all_of the_inhabitants_of the_earth/land the_utterance_of YHWH hosts.
30 And_you(ms) you_will_prophesy to_them DOM all_of the_words/messages the_these and_you_will_say to_them YHWH from_a_high_place he_will_roar and_from_the_dwelling_of his_holiness_of_of he_will_give_forth voice_of_his mightily_(roar) he_will_roar on habitation_of_his shouting like_those_who_tread he_will_sing to all_of the_inhabitants_of the_earth/land.
31 an_uproar It_has_come to the_end_of the_earth/land if/because a_controversy to/for_YHWH on_nations is_about_to_enter_into_judgement he to/from_all/each/any/every flesh the_wicked_people he_has_delivered_them_up to_sword the_utterance_of YHWH.
32 thus YHWH he_says hosts there calamity is_about_to_go_forth from_nation to nation and_a_storm great it_will_be_roused from_the_remotest_parts_of the_earth.
33 And_they_will_be those_slain_of YHWH in_the_day (the)_that from_the_end_of the_earth/land and_unto the_end_of the_earth/land not they_will_be_mourned and_not they_will_be_gathered and_not they_will_be_buried (into)_dung on the_surface_of the_soil they_will_become.
34 Wail Oh_shepherds and_cry_out and_roll_in_ashes Oh_noble_ones_of the_flock if/because days_of_your(pl) they_have_been_completed for_slaughtering and_your(pl)_of_dispersions and_you(pl)_will_fall like_a_vessel_of desire.
35 And_it_will_be_lost a_place_of_escape from the_shepherds and_escape from_the_noble_ones_of the_flock.
36 The_sound_of the_cry_of_distress_of the_shepherds and_the_wailing_of the_noble_ones_of the_flock if/because YHWH is_destroying DOM pasture_of_their.
37 And_ the_pastures_of _they_will_be_devastated of_(the)_peace from_face/in_front_of the_burning_of the_anger of_YHWH.
38 He_has_left like_(the)_lion lair_of_his if/because land_of_their it_has_become (into)_a_waste from_face/in_front_of the_anger_of the_oppressor and_because_of the_burning_of his_anger_of_of.
