37 and _ reigned king Tsidqiyyāh /(Zedekiah) the _ son_ ofYʼoshiyyāh /(Josiah) in _ place_ ofConiah the _ son_ ofYə hōyāqīm/(Jehoiakim) whom Nə ⱱūkadneʦʦar he _ made_ kingthe _ king_ ofBāⱱel in _ land of _ Yə hūdāh/(Judah)2 And _ not he _ listenedhe and _ servants _ of_ his and _ people _ ofthe _ earth/land to the _ words_ ofYHWH which he _ spokein/on/at/with _ hand _ ofYirmə yāh the _ prophet .
3 And _ sent the _ king Tsidqiyyāh DOM Yēhūʼ/(Jehu)cal the _ son_ ofShelemyāh and _ DOM Tsə fanyāh /(Zephaniah) the _ son_ ofsēyāh the _ priest/officer to Yirmə yāh the _ prophet to _ say pray please for _ us to YHWH god _ of_ our .
4 And _ Yirmə yāh [was] _ comingand _ going _ outin _ the_ middle the _ people and _ not they _ had_ putDOM _ him/it the _ house_ ofthe _ imprisonment [fn ] .
5 And _ army _ ofParˊoh it _ had_ come_ forthof _ Miʦrayim/(Egypt) and _ heard the _ _ from_ Kasdiythe _ besieging on Yə rūshālam/(Jerusalem) DOM report _ of_ them and _ withdrew from _ under Yə rūshālam .
6 and _ the _ word_ of_ he/it _ wasof _ YHWH to Yirmə yāh /(Jeremiah) the _ prophet to _ say .
7 Thus YHWH he _ saysthe _ god_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) thus [fn ] you _ all_ will_ sayto the _ king_ ofYə hūdāh the _ sent DOM _ you _ allto _ me to _ inquire _ of_ me there the _ army_ ofParˊoh the _ set _ outto/for _ you _ allto _ help [is] _ about_ to_ returnto _ land _ of_ its _ ownMiʦrayim .
8 And _ return the _ _ from_ Kasdiyand _ fight on the _ city the _ this and _ capture _ it and _ burn _ it in/on/at/with _ fire .
9 thus YHWH he _ saysdo _ notdeceive selves _ of_ you _ allto _ say surely _ (go)they _ will_ gofrom _ against _ us the _ _ from_ Kasdiyif/because not they _ will_ go10 If/because if you _ all_ defeatedall _ ofthe _ army_ of[the] _ _ from_ Kasdiythe _ fighting against _ you _ alland _ remained in/on/at/with _ them men pierced _ througheveryone in/on/at/with _ tent _ of_ his they _ will_ ariseand _ burn DOM the _ city the _ this in/on/at/with _ fire .
11 And _ it _ wasin/on/at/with _ withdrawn the _ army_ ofthe _ _ from_ Kasdiyfrom _ under Yə rūshālam from _ face/in _ front_ ofthe _ army_ ofParˊoh .
12 and _ Yirmə yāh _ he/it _ went_ outfrom _ Yə rūshālam/(Jerusalem) to _ the _ land_ of_ go of _ Binyāmīnto _ receive _ shareof_ propertyfrom _ there in _ the_ middle the _ people .
13 And _ he/it _ washe in/on/at/with _ gate _ ofBinyāmīn and _ there a _ captain_ of[the] _ guardand _ his/its _ name [was] _ Irijahthe _ son_ ofShelemyāh the _ son_ ofnanyāh and _ arrested DOM Yirmə yāh /(Jeremiah) the _ prophet to _ say to the _ _ from_ Kasdiyyou [are] _ falling14 And _ Yirmə yāh _ he/it _ saida _ lienot _ I [am] _ fallingon the _ _ from_ Kasdiyand _ not he _ listenedto _ him/it and _ Irijah _ arrested in/on/at/with _ Yirmə yāh and _ brought _ him to the _ officials .
15 And _ angry the _ officials towards Yirmə yāh and _ beat DOM _ him/it and _ put DOM _ him the _ house_ ofthe _ prison the _ house_ ofYōnātān/(Jonathan) the _ secretary if/because DOM _ him/it they _ had_ madeinto _ house _ ofthe _ prison .
16 If/because Yirmə yāh he _ wentinto the _ house_ ofthe _ dungeon and _ near/to the _ vaulted _ celland _ he/it _ sat_ down//remained//livedthere Yirmə yāh days many .
17 and _ sent the _ king Tsidqiyyāh /(Zedekiah) and _ received _ him and _ asked _ him the _ king in/on/at/with _ house _ of_ his in/on/at/with _ secrecy and _ he/it _ saidis _ therea _ wordfrom _ with YHWH and _ Yirmə yāh _ he/it _ saidthere _ [is]and _ he/it _ saidin/on/at/with _ hand _ ofthe _ king_ ofBāⱱel you _ will_ be_ given18 and _ Yirmə yāh _ he/it _ saidto the _ king Tsidqiyyāh what have _ I_ sinnedto/for _ yourself(m) and _ to _ servants _ of_ your and _ to _ the_ people the _ this (cmp) you _ all_ have_ putDOM _ me into the _ house_ ofthe _ prison .
19 And _ where [fn ] prophets _ of_ your _ all’swho they _ prophesiedto/for _ you _ allto _ say not he _ will_ comethe _ king_ ofBāⱱel against _ you _ alland _ against the _ earth/land the _ this .
20 And _ now listen please my _ master the _ king may _ it_ fallplease petition _ of_ my to _ your _ face and _ not send _ back_ me the _ house_ ofYōnātān the _ secretary and _ not I _ will_ diethere .
21 And _ gave _ ordersthe _ king Tsidqiyyāh and _ committed DOM Yirmə yāh /(Jeremiah) in/on/at/with _ courtyard _ ofthe _ guard and _ given to _ him/it a _ round_ loaf_ ofbread on _ the_ day from _ street _ ofthe _ bakers’ until was _ finishedall _ ofthe _ bread from the _ city and _ Yirmə yāh _ he/it _ sat_ down//remained//livedin/on/at/with _ courtyard _ ofthe _ guard .
