8 And _ ʼAⱱiyyām _ slept with fathers _ of_ his and _ buried DOM _ him/it in/on/at/with _ city _ ofDāvid and _ ʼĀşāʼ _ became _ kingson _ of_ his in _ place_ his .
9 and _ in _ year _ oftwenty of _ Yārāⱱə ˊām the _ king_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) ʼĀşāʼ he _ became_ kingthe _ king_ ofYə hūdāh .
10 And _ forty and _ one year[s] he _ reignedin/on/at/with _ Yə rūshālam/(Jerusalem) and _ name _ ofhis/its _ mother [was] _ Maˊₐkāh the _ daughter_ ofAbishalom .
11 And _ ʼĀşāʼ _ he/it _ madethe _ right in/on _ both _ eyes_ ofYHWH as _ Dāvid his/its _ father .
12 And _ put _ awaythe _ male _ cult_ prostitutesfrom the _ earth/land and _ removed DOM all _ ofthe _ idols which they _ had_ madefathers _ of_ his .
13 And _ also DOM kāh his/its _ mother and _ removed _ her from _ queen _ motherwho she _ had_ madean _ abominable_ imagefor _ the_ ʼₐshērāh and _ ʼĀşāʼ _ cut _ downDOM image _ of_ her and _ burned in/on/at/with _ wadi _ ofQidrōn .

23 And _ rest _ ofall _ ofthe _ matters_ ofʼĀşāʼ and _ all might _ of_ his and _ all that he _ didand _ the _ cities which he _ builtnot [are] _ theywritten on the _ scroll_ ofthe _ matters_ ofthe _ days of _ kings _ ofof _ Yə hūdāhonly in _ time _ ofold _ age_ of_ his he _ became_ sickDOM feet _ of_ his .
24 And _ ʼĀşāʼ _ slept with fathers _ of_ his and _ buried with ancestors _ of_ his in/on/at/with _ city _ ofDāvid his/its _ father and _ Yə hōshāfāţ/(Jehoshaphat) _ became _ kinghis/its _ son in _ place_ his .
25 and _ Nādāⱱ the _ son_ ofYārāⱱə ˊām/(Jeroboam) he _ became_ kingover Yisrāʼēl /(Israel) in _ year two of _ ʼĀşāʼ the _ king_ ofYə hūdāh and _ reigned over Yisrāʼēl /(Israel) two _ years26 And _ he/it _ madethe _ evil in/on _ both _ eyes_ ofYHWH and _ he/it _ wentin/on/at/with _ way _ ofhis/its _ father and _ in/on/at/with _ sin _ of_ his which he _ caused_ to_ sinDOM Yisrāʼēl /(Israel) .
27 And _ conspired on/upon/above _ him/it Baˊshāʼ the _ son_ ofʼAḩiyyāh of _ house _ ofof _ Yissāskār/(Issachar)and _ struck _ down_ him Baˊshāʼ in/on/at/with _ Gibtōn which belonged _ to_ the_ Fə lishtiy and _ Nādāⱱ and _ all Yisrāʼēl /(Israel) [were] _ laying_ siegeon Gibtōn .
28 And _ killed _ him Baˊshāʼ in _ year three of _ ʼĀşāʼ the _ king_ ofYə hūdāh/(Judah) and _ reigned in _ place_ his .
29 And _ he/it _ wasas _ soon_ as_ was _ king_ he he _ struck_ downDOM all _ ofthe _ house_ ofYārāⱱə ˊām not he _ leftany _ ofbreathing _ thingto _ Yārāⱱə ˊām until destroyed _ it according _ to_ word _ ofYHWH which he _ spokein/on/at/with _ hand _ ofservant _ of_ his ʼAḩiyyāh the _ Shilōnī .
30 On the _ sins_ ofYārāⱱə ˊām which he _ sinnedand _ which he _ caused_ to_ sinDOM Yisrāʼēl /(Israel) in/on/at/with _ anger _ of_ his which he _ provoked_ to_ angerDOM YHWH the _ god_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) .
31 And _ rest _ ofthe _ matters_ ofNādāⱱ and _ all that he _ didnot [are] _ theywritten on the _ scroll_ ofthe _ matters_ ofthe _ days of _ kings _ ofof _ Yisrāʼēl /(Israel)32 And _ war it _ wasbetween ʼĀşāʼ and _ between Baˊshāʼ the _ king_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) all _ ofdays _ of_ their .
33 in _ year three of _ ʼĀşāʼ the _ king_ ofYə hūdāh Baˊshāʼ he _ became_ kingthe _ son_ ofʼAḩiyyāh over all _ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) in/on/at/with _ Tirʦāh twenty and _ four year[s] .
34 And _ he/it _ madethe _ evil in/on _ both _ eyes_ ofYHWH and _ he/it _ wentin/on/at/with _ way _ ofYārāⱱə ˊām/(Jeroboam) and _ in/on/at/with _ sin _ of_ his which he _ caused_ to_ sinDOM Yisrāʼēl /(Israel) .
