OET (OET-RV) For God has appointed that every high mountain and the everlasting hills should be made low, and the valleys filled up to make the ground level, that Israel may go safely in the glory of God.
BrLXX Συνέταξε γὰρ ὁ Θεὸς ταπεινοῦσθαι πᾶν ὄρος ὑψηλὸν, καὶ θῖνας ἀεννάους, καὶ φάραγγας πληροῦσθαι εἰς ὁμαλισμὸν τῆς γῆς, ἵνα βαδίσῃ Ἰσραὴλ ἀσφαλῶς τῇ τοῦ Θεοῦ δόξῃ.
(Sunetaxe gar ho Theos tapeinousthai pan oros hupsaʸlon, kai thinas aennaous, kai farangas plaʸrousthai eis homalismon taʸs gaʸs, hina badisaʸ Israaʸl asfalōs taʸ tou Theou doxaʸ. )
BrTr For God hath appointed that every high hill, and banks of long continuance, should be cast down, and vallies filled up, to make even the ground, that Israel may go safely in the glory of God.
