UHBוְ⁠הָיָה֩ בַ⁠יּ֨וֹם הַ⁠ה֜וּא נְאֻ֣ם ׀ יְהוָ֣ה צְבָא֗וֹת אֶשְׁבֹּ֤ר עֻלּ⁠וֹ֙ מֵ⁠עַ֣ל צַוָּארֶ֔⁠ךָ וּ⁠מוֹסְרוֹתֶ֖י⁠ךָ אֲנַתֵּ֑ק וְ⁠לֹא־יַעַבְדוּ־ב֥⁠וֹ ע֖וֹד זָרִֽים׃

ULT For it will be in that day—this is the declaration of Yahweh of hosts—that I will break the yoke off your neck, and I will shatter your chains, so foreigners will no longer enslave you.

UST Yahweh, commander of the angel armies, says this:

FBV On that day, declares the Lord Almighty, I will break the yoke from their necks and tear off their chains. Foreigners won't make them slaves anymore.
