39 in _ year (the) _ ninth of _ Tsidqiyyāh the _ king_ ofYə hūdāh/(Judah) in _ month (the) _ tenth Nə ⱱūkadneʦʦar he _ camethe _ king_ ofBāⱱel and _ all army _ of_ his to Yə rūshālam/(Jerusalem) and _ they _ laid_ siegeon _ it .
2 in _ one _ plus_ often year of _ Tsidqiyyāh /(Zedekiah) in _ month the _ fourth on _ day _ nine of _ month it _ was_ broken_ intothe _ city .
3 And _ all _ of_ they _ camethe _ officials_ ofthe _ king_ ofBāⱱel and _ they _ livedin _ the _ gate_ ofthe _ middleNergal- Sharʼeʦer Nergal- Samgar Nebu Sar- sekim the _ Rab-_ ofsaris Nergal- Sharʼeʦer Nergal- the _ Rab-mag and _ all the _ rest_ ofthe _ officials_ ofthe _ king_ ofBāⱱel .
4 And _ he/it _ wasjust _ as he _ saw _ themTsidqiyyāh the _ king_ ofYə hūdāh and _ all/each/any/every the _ men_ of(the) _ war and _ they _ fledand _ they _ went_ outnight from the _ city the _ way_ ofthe _ garden_ ofthe _ king in _ a _ gatebetween the _ two_ walls and _ he/it _ went_ outthe _ way_ ofthe _ ˊArāⱱāh5 And _ the _ army_ of_ they _ pursuedof _ the _ _ from_ Kasdiyafter _ them and _ they _ overtookDOM Tsidqiyyāh in _ the _ plains_ ofYə rīḩō/(Jericho) and _ they _ tookDOM _ him/it and _ they _ brought _ him_ upto Nə ⱱūkadneʦʦar the _ king_ ofBāⱱel to _ Riⱱlāh in _ land of _ Ḩₐmāt and _ he/it _ spokewith _ him/it judgements .
6 And _ the _ king_ of_ he _ slaughteredof _ BāⱱelDOM the _ sons_ ofTsidqiyyāh at _ Riⱱlāh to _ his _ of_ eyes and _ DOM all _ ofthe _ nobles_ ofYə hūdāh/(Judah) the _ king_ ofhe _ slaughteredof _ Bāⱱel7 And _ DOM the _ eyes_ ofTsidqiyyāh /(Zedekiah) he _ made_ blindand _ he _ bound _ himwith _ (the)_ fetters to _ bring DOM _ him/it to _ Bāⱱel .
8 And _ DOM the _ house_ ofthe _ king and _ DOM the _ house_ ofthe _ peoplethey _ burntthe _ _ from_ Kasdiywith _ fire and _ DOM the _ walls_ ofYə rūshālam/(Jerusalem) they _ pulled_ down9 And _ DOM the _ rest_ ofthe _ peoplewhich _ remained in _ city and _ DOM those _ who _ had_ fallenwho they _ had_ fallenon/upon/above _ him/it and _ DOM the _ rest_ ofthe _ peoplewhich _ remained Nebuzar- he _ took_ into_ exileadan [fn ] the _ chief_ ofthe _ bodyguardsBāⱱel .
10 And _ from the _ people (the) _ poor who there _ belonged _ notto/for _ them anything Nə ⱱūzarʼₐdān he _ leftthe _ chief_ ofthe _ bodyguardsin _ land of _ Yə hūdāhand _ he/it _ gaveto/for _ them vineyards and _ fields in _ the_ day (the) _ that .
11 And _ Nə ⱱūkadneʦʦar _ he/it _ commandedthe _ king_ ofBāⱱel on Yirmə yāh /(Jeremiah) by _ the _ hand_ ofə ⱱūzarʼₐdān the _ chief_ ofthe _ bodyguardsto _ say .
12 Take _ him and _ your _ two’s_ of_ eyes set on/upon/above _ him/it and _ do _ notdo to _ him/it anything harmful if/because wwww [fn ] just _ as he _ will_ sayto _ you so do with _ him/it .
13 And _ Nə ⱱūzarʼₐdān _ he _ sentthe _ chief_ ofthe _ bodyguardsand [fn ] the _ Rab-_ ofsaris and chief Nergal- the _ Rab-_ ofmag and _ all/each/any/every the _ chiefs_ ofthe _ king_ ofBāⱱel .
14 And _ they _ sentand _ they _ tookDOM Yirmə yāh from _ the _ courtyard_ ofthe _ guardand _ they _ gave_ overDOM _ him/it to Gə dalyāh the _ son_ ofʼAḩīqām the _ son_ ofShāfān to _ take _ him _ outto the _ house and _ he/it _ sat_ down//remained//livedin _ the_ middle the _ people .
15 and _ to Yirmə yāh the _ message_ ofit _ had_ comeof _ YHWH when _ he _ was shut _ upin _ the _ courtyard_ ofthe _ guardto _ say .
16 Go and _ you _ will_ sayto king [fn ] the _ Kūshiy/(Cushi)te to _ say thus YHWH he _ sayshosts the _ god_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) here _ I am _ about_ to_ bring[fn ] DOM words/messages _ of_ my against the _ city (the) _ this for _ harm and _ not for _ good and _ they _ will_ beto _ your _ face in _ the_ day (the) _ that .
17 And _ I _ will _ deliver_ youon _ day (the) _ that the _ utterance_ ofYHWH and _ not you _ will_ be_ givenin _ the _ hand_ ofthe _ peoplewhom you are _ fearfulof _ them .
