21 Hear please this Oh _ peoplefool and _ without heart eyes to/for _ them and _ not they _ seeears to/for _ them and _ not they _ hear22 DOM _ me not do _ you_ all_ fearthe _ utterance_ ofYHWH or in _ presence _ of_ me not do _ you_ all_ tremblewho I _ appointed[the] _ sanda _ boundaryfor _ the_ sea a _ decree_ ofperpetuity and _ not cross _ it and _ toss and _ not they _ will_ prevailand _ roar waves _ of_ its and _ not pass _ over_ it .

28 They _ have_ become_ fatthey _ have_ become_ smoothalso they _ have_ transgressedmatters _ ofevil a _ causenot they _ have_ pleaded[the] _ cause_ of[the] _ fatherlessand _ prosper and _ rights _ ofneedy _ [people]not they _ have_ judged29 For these _ [things]not will _ I_ punishthe _ utterance_ ofYHWH or in/on/at/with _ nation which as _ this not will _ it_ avenge_ itselfself _ of_ me .
30 an _ atrocious_ eventand _ horrible it _ has_ occurredon _ the_ earth .
31 The _ prophets they _ have_ prophesiedin/on/at/with _ lies and _ the _ priests they _ are_ rulingon authority _ of_ their _ ownand _ people _ of_ my they _ have_ lovedthus and _ what will _ you_ all_ dowhen _ end _ of_ it .
