18 The _ children [are] _ gatheringwood(s) and _ the _ fathers [are] _ kindlingDOM the _ fire and _ the _ women [are] _ kneadingdough for _ doing cakes for _ queen _ ofthe _ heavens and _ pour _ outdrink _ offeringsto _ gods other so _ asprovoke _ toanger_ me .

28 And _ say to _ them this the _ nation which not they _ listenedin/on/at/with _ voice _ ofYHWH his/its _ god and _ not they _ acceptedcorrection it _ has_ perishedthe _ truth and _ cut _ offfrom _ lips _ of_ their .
29 shave hair _ of_ your and _ throw _ awayand _ take _ upon bare _ heightsa _ lamentationif/because he _ has_ rejectedYHWH and _ abandoned DOM the _ generation_ ofsevere _ anger_ of_ his .
30 If/because the _ people_ ofthey _ have_ doneof _ Yə hūdāh/(Judah)the _ evil in/on/at/with _ sight _ of_ my the _ utterance_ ofYHWH they _ have_ putabominations _ of_ their in/on/at/with _ house which it _ is_ calledname _ of_ my on/upon/above _ him/it to _ defile _ it .
31 And _ built the _ high_ places_ ofthe _ Tofet which in/on/at/with _ Valley _ ofson _ ofValley _ ofto _ burn DOM sons _ of_ their and _ DOM daughters _ of_ their in/on/at/with _ fire which not I _ commandedand _ not it _ came_ upon mind _ of_ my .
32 for _ so/thus/hence here days [are] _ comingthe _ utterance_ ofYHWH and _ not it _ will_ be_ saidagain the _ Tofet and _ Valley _ ofson _ ofValley _ ofif/because (if) the _ valley_ ofthe _ slaughter and _ bury in/on/at/with _ Tofet until _ there _ is_ noroom .
33 And _ be the _ corpse[s]_ ofthe _ people the _ this as _ food for _ birds _ ofthe _ heavens and _ for _ beasts _ ofthe _ earth/land and _ no [one _ who]_ terrifies34 And _ bring from _ cities _ ofYə hūdāh and _ from _ streets _ ofYə rūshālam/(Jerusalem) [the] _ sound_ ofjoy and _ voice _ ofgladness [the] _ sound_ ofa _ bridegroomand _ voice _ ofa _ brideif/because as _ waste it _ will_ becomethe _ earth/land .
