8 And _ he/it _ called(to) Yōḩānān/(Johanan) the _ son_ ofQārēaḩ and _ near/to all _ ofthe _ commanders_ ofthe _ armieswho with _ him/it and _ to/for _ all the _ people (to) _ from_ the _ small and _ unto the _ great9 And _ he/it _ saidto _ them thus YHWH he _ saysthe _ god_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) whom you(pl) _ sentDOM _ me to _ him/it supplication _ of_ your(pl) to _ make _ fallbefore _ him .
10 If returning you(pl) _ will_ remainon _ the_ earth (the) _ this and _ I _ will_ build_ upyou(pl) and _ not I _ will_ tear_ you _ downand _ I _ will_ plantyou(pl) and _ not I _ will_ pluck_ you _ upif/because I _ am_ grievedconcerning the _ harm which I _ have_ doneto _ you(pl) .
11 Do _ notbe _ afraidfrom _ face/in _ front_ ofthe _ king_ ofBāⱱel whom you(pl) are _ afraidof _ him do _ notbe _ afraidfrom _ him/it the _ utterance_ ofYHWH if/because am _ with_ you(pl) I to _ save you(pl) and _ to _ deliver you(pl) from _ his _ of_ hand .
12 And _ I _ will_ giveto/for _ you(pl) compassion(s) and _ he _ will_ have_ compassion_ onyou(pl) and _ he _ will_ restoreyou(pl) to land _ of_ your(pl) .
13 And _ if are _ sayingyou(pl) not we _ will_ remainon _ the_ earth (the) _ this to _ not to _ listento _ the _ voice_ ofYHWH god _ of_ your(pl) .
14 To _ say no if/because the _ land_ ofMiʦrayim/(Egypt) we _ will_ gowhere not we _ will_ seewarfare and _ the _ sound _ ofa _ trumpetnot we _ will_ hearand _ for _ bread not we _ will_ be_ hungryand _ there we _ will_ dwell15 And _ now for _ so/thus/hence hear the _ message_ ofYHWH Oh _ remnant_ ofYə hūdāh/(Judah) thus YHWH he _ sayshosts the _ god_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) if you(pl) really _ (set)you(pl) _ will _ setyour(pl) _ faces to _ go Miʦrayim and _ you(pl) _ will_ goto _ sojourn there .
16 And _ it _ will_ bethe _ drought//sword/knife which you(pl) are _ afraidfrom _ her/it there it _ will_ overtakeyou(pl) in _ land of _ Miʦrayimand _ the _ famine which you(pl) are _ anxiousfrom _ him/it there it _ will_ pursue_ closelybehind _ you(pl) Miʦrayim and _ there you(pl) _ will_ die17 And _ they _ will_ beall _ ofthe _ people who they _ have_ setDOM faces _ of_ their to _ go Miʦrayim to _ sojourn there they _ will_ dieby _ sword by _ famine and _ by _ pestilence and _ not he _ will_ belongto/for _ them a _ survivorand _ an _ escapeefrom _ face/in _ front_ ofthe _ calamity which I will _ bringon _ them .
18 if/because thus YHWH he _ sayshosts the _ god_ ofYisrāʼēl /(Israel) just _ as anger _ of_ my it _ was_ poured_ outand _ my _ of_ rage on of _ Yə rūshālam/(Jerusalem)the _ inhabitants_ ofso rage _ of_ my it _ will_ pour_ outon _ you(pl) when _ you _ go Miʦrayim/(Egypt) and _ you(pl) _ will_ be(into) _ an_ curse and _ (into)_ a _ horror and _ (into)_ a _ curse and _ (into)_ a _ reproach and _ not you(pl) _ will_ seeagain DOM the _ place (the) _ this .
19 He _ has_ spokenYHWH to _ you(pl) Oh _ remnant_ ofYə hūdāh/(Judah) do _ notgo Miʦrayim assuredly _ (know)you(pl) _ will_ knowif/because _ thatI _ have_ warned(in) _ you(pl) the _ day .
20 If/because _ thatmmm [fn ] [fn ] (in) _ your(pl) _ of_ selves if/because you(pl) you(pl) _ sentDOM _ me to YHWH god _ of_ your(pl) to _ say pray for _ us to YHWH god _ of_ our and _ according _ to _ allthat he _ will_ sayYHWH god _ of_ our so tell to/for _ us and _ we _ will_ do_ .
21 And _ I _ have_ toldto/for _ you(pl) the _ day and _ not you(pl) _ have_ listenedto _ the _ voice_ ofYHWH god _ of_ your(pl) and _ to/for _ all that he _ sent _ meto _ you(pl) .
22 And _ now assuredly _ (know)you(pl) _ will_ knowif/because _ thatby _ sword by _ famine and _ by _ pestilence you(pl) _ will_ diein _ place where you(pl) _ desireto _ go to _ sojourn there .
