7 And the Farisaios_party and some of _the scribes, having _come from Hierousalaʸm/(Yərūshālayim), are _being _gathered _together to him, 2 and having _seen some of _the apprentices/followers of _him, that they _are _eating the loaves with _unclean hands, this is with _unwashed.
3 (For/Because the Farisaios_party and all the Youdaiōns, are_ not _eating if they _may_ not _wash the hands with_the_fist, taking _hold _of the tradition of _the elders, 4 and from the_marketplace they _are_ not _eating if they _may_ not _wash, and many other things there _is which they _received to _be _taking _hold _of, washings of _cups and pitchers and copper _kettles.
) 5 And the Farisaios_party are _asking him and the scribes:
For/Because_ why _reason the apprentices/followers of _you are_ not _walking according _to the tradition of _the elders, but they _are _eating the bread with _common hands?
6 And he answering said to _them:
Aʸsaias/(Yəshaˊ^yāh) rightly prophesied concerning you _all the hypocrites, as it _has _been _written, that This the people is _honouring me with _the lips, but the heart of _them is _being _away far _away from me.
7 And they _are _worshipping me uselessly, teaching the_commands of _humans as _teachings.
8 Having _left the command of_ the _god, you _all _are _taking _hold _of the tradition of_ the _humans.
9 And he _was _saying to _them:
You _all _are _rejecting well the command of_ the _god, in _order _that you _all _may _keep the tradition of _you _all.
10 For/Because Mōsaʸs/(Mosheh) said:
Be _honouring the father of _you and the mother of _you, and:
The one speaking _evil father or mother let _be _dying in _death.
11 But you _all are _saying:
If a_person may _say to _the father or the mother:
whatever you _may _be _benefited if from me it _is Korban (that is a_gift, 12 you _all _are_ no _longer _allowing him to _do nothing for _the father or the mother, 13 annulling the message of_ the _god for _the tradition of _you _all to _which you _all _gave _over.
And many similar such things you _all _are _doing.
14 And again having _called _to the crowd, he _was _saying to _them:
All be _hearing from _me and be _understanding:
15 there _is nothing outside the person entering _in into him, which is _able to _defile him but the things going _out out _of the person is the things defiling the person.
16  17 And when he _came _in into the_house from the crowd, the apprentices/followers of _him were _asking him the parable.
18 And he _is _saying to _them:
Are you _all thus also unintelligent?
You _all _are_ not _understanding that everything the part outside entering _in into the person is_ not _able to _defile him, 19 because it _is_ not _entering _in into the heart of _him but into the belly, and it _is _going _out into the latrine?
(Purifying all the foods.
) 20 And he _was _saying that The thing going _out out _of the person, that is _defiling the person.
21 For/Because from inside the heart of_ the _people are _going _out the the evil speculations, sexual _immoralities, thefts, murders, adulteries, 22 greediness, wickedness, deceit, wantonness, eyeing evil, slander, pride, foolishness.
23 All these the evil things inside is _going _out and is _defiling the person.
24 And from _there having _risen _up, he _went _away into the regions of _Turos/(Tsor) and Sidōn/(Tsīdōn).
And having _come _in into the_house, he _was _wanting no _one to _know, but was_ not _able to _escape _notice.
25 But immediately a_woman having _heard about him, of _whom the little _daughter was _having of _her a_ unclean _spirit having _come, fell _before at the feet of _him.
26 And the woman was Hellaʸn, from _Foinikaʸ _in _Suria the by _descent, and she _was _asking him that he _may _throw _out the demon out _of the daughter of _her.
27 And he _was _saying to _her:
Allow the children to _be _satisfied first, because/for it _is not good to _take the bread of _the children, and to _throw it to _the little _dogs.
28 And she answered and is _saying to _him:
Yes, master, even the little _dogs beneath the table are _eating of the the little _crumbs of _the little _children.
29 And he _said to _her:
Because _of this the message be _going, the demon, has _come _out out _of the daughter of _you.
30 And having _gone _away to the home of _her, she _found the demon having _come _out and the little _child having _been _laid on the bed.
31 And again having _come _out from the regions of _Turos, he _came through Sidōn to the sea of_ the _Galilaia/(Gālīl), among the_midst of _the regions of _Dekapolis.
32 And they _are _bringing a_deaf and speech _impaired man to _him, and they _are _imploring him that he _may _lay _on his hand on _him.
33 And having _taken_ him _back from the crowd by himself, he _put the fingers of _him to the ears of _him, and having _spat, touched against _the tongue of _him, 34 and having _looked _up to the sky, he _groaned and is _saying to _him:
Effatha/(Fətaḩ), that is:
Be _opened _up.
35 And the ears of _him were _opened _up, and the bond of _the tongue of _him was _untied/released, and he _was _speaking correctly.
36 And he _instructed to _them that they _may _be _telling to _no _one.
But as _much _as was _instructing to _them, they were _proclaiming it more more _abundantly.
37 And they _were _being_ exceedingly _astonished saying:
He _has _done all things well, he _is _making both the deaf to _be _hearing and the_mute to _be _speaking.
