OET (OET-RV) He said, “I will make myself a name and get myself glory in the kingdom. I will fight against Judas and those who are with him, who despise the king’s command.
BrLXX Καὶ εἶπε, ποιήσω ἐμαυτῷ ὄνομα καὶ δοξασθήσομαι ἐν τῇ βασιλείᾳ, καὶ πολεμήσω τὸν Ἰούδαν καὶ τοὺς σὺν αὐτῷ, τοὺς ἐξουδενοῦντας τὸν λόγον τοῦ βασιλέως.
(Kai eipe, poiaʸsō emautōi onoma kai doxasthaʸsomai en taʸ basileia, kai polemaʸsō ton Youdan kai tous sun autōi, tous exoudenountas ton logon tou basileōs. )
BrTr he said, I will get me a name and honour in the kingdom; for I will go fight with Judas and them that are with him, who despise the king's commandment.
WEBBE He said, “I will make myself a name and get myself glory in the kingdom. I will fight against Judas and those who are with him, who despise the king’s command.
DRA And he said: I will get me a name, and will be glorified in the kingdom, and will overthrow Judas, and those that are with him, that have despised the edict of the king.
RV And he said, I will make myself a name and get me glory in the kingdom; and I will fight against Judas and them that are with him, that set at nought the word of the king.
