ULT And having found him on the other side of the sea, they said to him, “Rabbi, when did you come here?”
UST The crowd found Jesus in Capernaum on the side of the Sea of Galilee that is opposite from where he had fed them. They asked him, “Teacher, we know you didn’t come in a boat, so when did you arrive here at Capernaum?”

Here, on the other side refers to the side of the Sea of Galilee that is opposite the side where Jesus had miraculously fed the crowd. If this might confuse your readers, you could express the meaning explicitly. Alternate translation: “on the opposite side of the sea from where Jesus had fed the crowd”
