OET (OET-LV) Arise go to Nīnəvēh the_city (the)_great and_call_out[fn] to_her/it DOM the_proclamation which I am_speaking to_you.
3:2 OSHB note: We agree with both BHS 1997 and BHQ on an unexpected reading.
OET (OET-RV) “Go now to the major city, Nineveh, and announce this declaration which I’ve told you.”
This section records how Jonah finally obeyed the LORD and went to Nineveh to preach to the people there. Then the people of Nineveh repented of their sinful ways and the LORD did not destroy them. An alternative title for this section could be: “The people of Nineveh repent.”
“Get up! Go to the great city of Nineveh
“Go at once to the large city of/called Nineveh
Get up! Go to the great city of Nineveh: This part of the command is the same as the first time the LORD spoke to Jonah. See the note on 1:2a. You should translate it in the same way here.
and proclaim to it the message that I give you.”
and tell the people there what I tell you(sing).”
and give them the message of destruction which I tell you(sing).”
and proclaim to it the message that I give you: This verse does not give the content of the message, but from the context (see 3:4), we know that it was a message of judgment and destruction.
Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / idiom
ק֛וּם
get_up
Get up is an idiom that means that Jonah should take action and obey the next command, which is “go.” If this phrase does not have that meaning in your language, you could use an idiom from your language that does have this meaning or state the meaning plainly. See how you translated this in [1:2](../01/02.md) and [1:3](../01/03.md). Alternate translation: [Look alive] or [Prepare yourself]
Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / explicit
הָעִ֣יר הַגְּדוֹלָ֑ה
the=city (the),great
Here, as in [1:2](../01/02.md), great means both large and important. You could include this information if that would be helpful to your readers. Alternate translation: [the large and important city]
Note 3 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy
וִּקְרָ֤א אֵלֶ֨יהָ֙ אֶת־הַקְּרִיאָ֔ה אֲשֶׁ֥ר אָנֹכִ֖י דֹּבֵ֥ר אֵלֶֽיךָ
and,call_out to=her/it DOM the,proclamation which/who I tell to,you
Here, the pronoun it refers to the city of Nineveh, which represents the people who live there. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression from your language or state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [and tell the people there what I tell you to tell them]

OET (OET-RV) “Go now to the major city, Nineveh, and announce this declaration which I’ve told you.”
Note: The OET-RV is still only a first draft, and so far only a few words have been (mostly automatically) matched to the Hebrew or Greek words that they’re translated from.
Acknowledgements: The Hebrew text, lemmas, and morphology are all thanks to the OSHB and some of the glosses are from Macula Hebrew.
