(kai en ōsi tōn dunatōn, kai huiōn tōn basileōn, kai en ōsi tōn presbuterōn, kai en ōsi pantos tou laou, apo mikrou heōs megalou, pantōn tōn katoikountōn en Babulōni epi potamou Soud. )
