4 Therefore I _am _exhorting you _all, I the prisoner in the_master, to _walk worthily of _the calling to _which you _all _were _called, 2 with all humility and gentleness, with patience, tolerating of _one _another in love, 3 being _earnest to _be _keeping the oneness of _the spirit in the bond of_ the _peace.
4 There _is _one body and one spirit, as also you _all _were _called in one hope of _the calling of _you _all, 5 one master, one faith, one immersion, 6 one god and father of _all, who is over all, and through all, and in all.
7 But to _each one of _us was _given the grace, according _to the measure of _the gift of _the chosen _one /messiah.
8 Therefore he _is _saying:
Having _gone _up to height, he _captured captivity, he _gave gifts to_ the _people.
9 And which:
he _went _up, what is it, except not/lest that also he _came _down into the lower parts of _the earth?
10 The one having _come _down is himself also the one having _gone _up above all the heavens, in _order _that he _may _fill all the things.
11 And on _one _hand he gave the ambassadors, on _the _other _hand the prophets, on _the _other _hand the good _message _preachers, on _the _other _hand the shepherds and teachers, 12 with the completing of _the holy ones for the_work of _service, because/for the_building of _the body of _the chosen _one /messiah, 13 until we _may_ which all _attain to the oneness of _the faith, and of _the knowledge of _the son of_ the _god, to a_ mature _man, to the_measure of_the_stature of _the fullness of _the chosen _one /messiah, 14 in _order _that no _longer we _may _be infants, being _tossed _by _waves and being _carried _about by _every wind of_ the _teaching in the trickery of_ the _people, in craftiness with the scheming of_ the _deception, 15 but being _truthful in love, we _may _grow into him in_ all _the things, who is the head chosen _one /messiah, 16 from whom all the body, being _joined _together and being _held _together by every joint of _its supply according _to the_working in the_measure of _one each part, the growth of _the body is _making to the_building of _itself in love.
17 Therefore I _am _saying this and I _am _testifying in the_master, you _all to _be _walking no _longer as also the pagans is _walking in the_uselessness of _the mind of _them.
18 Having _been _darkened in _their mind, being having _been _estranged from _the life of_ the _god, because _of the ignorance which being in them, because _of the hardening of _the heart of _them, 19 who having _languished, gave_ themselves _over to_ the _wantonness for the_working of _impurity all with greediness.
20 But you _all not learned thus the chosen _one /messiah, 21 if surely you _all _heard him and you _all _were _taught in him, as the_truth is in the Yaʸsous/(Yəhōshūˊa), 22 you _all to _put _away according _to your earlier conduct the old person, which being _corrupted according _to the desires of_ the _seduction, 23 and to _be _being _renewed in _the spirit of _the mind of _you _all, 24 and to _dress _in the new person which according _to god, having _been _created in righteousness and devoutness of_ the _truth.
25 Therefore having _put _away the falsehood:
each be _speaking the_truth with the one near him, because we _are members of _one _another.
26 Be _being _angered, and _yet not be _sinning, the sun not let _be _set _down on the_anger of _you _all, 27 not be _giving place to _the devil.
28 The one stealing no _longer let _be _stealing, but rather let _him _be _labouring, working the good with _his hands, in _order _that he _may _be _having to _be _sharing to _the one having need.
29 Not let _be _going _out any bad message out _of the mouth of _you _all, but if any good for building of _the need, in _order _that it _may _give grace to _the ones hearing.
30 And not be _sorrowing the the holy spirit of_ the _god, by whom you _all _were _sealed for the_day of _redemption.
31 All bitterness, and rage, and severe _anger, and clamour, and slander, let _be _taken _away from you _all with all malice.
32 Be _becoming good to one _another, tender-hearted, because/forgiving to _yourselves, as also the god in chosen _one /messiah forgave to _you _all.
