9 say thus my _ master he _ saysYHWH will _ it_ prosperam _ not DOM roots _ of_ its will _ it_ pull_ upand _ DOM fruit _ of_ its will _ it_ strip_ offand _ it _ will_ witherall _ ofthe _ fresh_ _ ofits _ growth_ of_ of it _ will_ witherand _ not by _ an _ armgreat and _ by _ a _ peoplenumerous to _ lift _ upit from _ its _ of_ roots .

18 And _ he _ despisedthe _ oathby _ breaking the _ covenantand _ see/lo/see he _ had_ givenhis/its _ hand and _ all these _ he _ didnot he _ will_ escape19 for _ so/thus/hence thus my _ master he _ saysYHWH by _ the_ lifeof _ meif not oath _ of_ my which he _ despisedand _ my _ of_ covenant which he _ brokeand _ I _ will_ give_ him/it on _ his _ own_ of_ head .
20 And _ I _ will_ spreadon/upon/above _ him/it net _ of_ my and _ he _ will_ be_ caughtin _ my _ hunting_ of_ net and _ I _ will _ bring_ himto _ Bāⱱel and _ I _ will_ enter_ into_ judgementwith _ him/it there unfaithfulness _ of_ his which he _ has_ acted_ unfaithfullyagainst _ me .
21 And _ DOM all _ offugitives _ of_ his [fn ] in _ all troops _ of_ his by _ sword they _ will_ falland _ those _ who _ surviveto/from _ all/each/any/every wind they _ will_ be_ scatteredand _ you(pl) _ will_ knowif/because _ thatI YHWH I _ have_ spoken22 thus my _ master he _ saysYHWH and _ I _ will_ takeI from _ the _ treetop_ ofthe _ cedar(the) _ high and _ I _ will_ place_ from _ the _ top_ ofits _ young_ shoots_ of_ of a _ tender_ shoot I _ will_ pluck_ offand _ I _ will_ plant_ I on a _ mountainhigh and _ lofty .
