4 Because_I_knew if/because _that were_stubborn you and_was_a _tendon _of iron neck _of_your and_your _of_forehead was_bronze.

18 If you _had _paid _attention to_my _of_commands and_he/it _was like_river peace _of_your and_your _of_righteousness like_the _waves _of the_sea.

20 Go _out from_Bāⱱel flee from_the_ones_from _Kasdiy with_a _sound _of a _shout _of _joy declare proclaim this send_it _out to the _end _of the_earth/land say YHWH he _has _redeemed servant _of_his Yaˊₐqoⱱ/(Jacob).
21 And_not they _were _thirsty in_the _waste _places he_led _them water from_a _rock he _caused _to _flow for_them and_he _split _open a _rock and_ waters _they _flowed _out.
22 There_is_not peace YHWH he _says for _(the)_people.
