15 And _ I [am] _ YHWH god _ your [who] _ stirs_ upthe _ sea and _ roar waves _ its [is] _ YHWH of _ hostshis/its _ name .
16 And _ put words _ my in/on/at/with _ mouth _ your and _ in/on/at/with _ shadow hand _ my covered _ you to _ plant [the] _ heavensand _ to _ found [the] _ earthand _ to _ say to _ Tsiyyōn people _ my you .
