15 And _ I [am] _ YHWH god _ of_ your [who] _ stirs_ up_ ofthe _ sea and _ roar waves _ of_ its [is] _ YHWH hosts his/its _ name .
16 And _ put words _ of_ my in/on/at/with _ mouth _ of_ your and _ in/on/at/with _ shadow _ ofhand _ of_ my covered _ you to _ plant [the] _ heavensand _ to _ found [the] _ earthand _ to _ say to _ Tsiyyōn people _ of_ my you .
