32 there for _ righteousness he _ will_ reigna _ kingand _ to _ rulers for _ justice they _ will_ rule2 And _ it _ waseach like _ a _ hiding_ place_ ofa _ windand _ a _ shelter_ ofa _ rainstormlike _ streams _ ofwater in _ a _ dry_ landlike _ the _ shadow _ ofa _ rockheavy in _ land weary .
3 And _ not the _ eyes_ ofthey _ will_ lookthose _ who_ seeand _ the _ ears _ ofthose _ who_ hearthey _ will_ pay_ attention4 And _ the _ heart _ ofhasty _ it _ will_ understandto _ know and _ (the) _ tonguestammerers it _ will_ hastento _ speak clear _ words/messages 5 Not it _ will_ be_ calledagain to _ a _ foolnoble and _ of _ a _ scoundrelnot a _ noble_ personit _ will_ be_ said6 If/because a _ fooldisgraceful _ follyhe _ speaksand _ his _ of_ heart it _ doeswickedness for _ doing godlessness and _ by _ speaking concerning YHWH error by _ keeping _ emptythe _ appetite_ ofthe _ hungryand _ drink the _ thirstyhe _ deprives7 And _ a _ scoundrelweapons _ of_ his are _ evilhe evil _ purposeshe _ plansto _ ruin afflicted _ [fn ] with _ words/messages _ offalsehood and _ when _ speaks the _ needyjustice .
8 And _ a _ noble_ noble _ deedshe _ plansand _ he on noble _ deedshe _ stands9 Oh _ womencarefree arise hear my _ sound/voice Oh _ daughtersconfident give _ ear_ tomy _ speech/discourse .
10 Days with a _ yearyou(pl) _ will_ be_ agitatedOh _ confident_ women if/because the _ grape_ harvestit _ will_ failthe _ gatheringnot it _ will_ come11 Tremble Oh _ carefree_ women be _ agitatedOh _ confident_ women strip _ offand _ lay _ yourselves_ bare(pl)and _ gird on loins .
12 On breasts mourning on fields _ ofdesire on vine[s] fruitful .
13 On the _ land_ ofmy _ people_ of_ of which _ thorns thorn[s] it _ will_ grow_ upif/because on all _ ofthe _ houses_ ofjoy a _ townexultant .
14 If/because the _ palaceit _ will_ be_ abandonedthe _ tumult_ ofthe _ cityit _ will_ be_ abandonedthe _ hilland _ the _ watchtower it _ will_ becomebehind caves until perpetuity a _ joy_ ofwild _ donkeysa _ pasture_ offlocks .
15 Until it _ will_ be_ poured_ outon _ us spirit from _ a _ high_ placeand _ the _ wilderness_ it _ wasinto _ orchard and _ the [fn ] to _ forest it _ will_ be_ considered16 And _ it _ will_ dwellin _ wilderness justice and _ righteousness in _ orchard it _ will_ remain17 And _ it _ wasthe _ work_ of(the) _ righteousness peace and _ the _ labour_ of(the) _ righteousness will _ be_ quietnessand _ security until perpetuity .
18 people _ of_ my And _ it _ will_ dwellin _ a _ habitation_ ofpeace and _ in _ dwelling _ places_ ofsecuriti(es) and _ in _ resting _ places_ ofundisturbed .
19 And _ it _ will_ hailwhen _ comes _ downthe _ forest and _ with _ lowness it _ will_ become_ lowthe _ city .
20 How _ of_ blessed _ are _ you(pl)Oh _ you(pl) _ who_ sow_ ofat every _ ofwater Oh _ you(pl) _ who_ let_ untie/release_ of(of) _ the_ foot_ ofthe _ oxand _ the _ donkey .
