32 there in _ righteousness he _ will_ reign a _ king and _ to/for _ princes with _ justice they _ will_ rule .
2 And _ it _ was each like _ hiding _ place_ of a _ wind and _ refuge _ of a _ rainstorm like _ streams _ of water in/on/at/with _ dry _ place like _ shade _ of a _ rock heavy in _ land weary .
3 And _ not [the] _ eyes_ of they _ will_ look [those _ who]_ see and _ ears _ of [those _ who]_ hear they _ will_ pay_ attention .
4 And _ mind _ of hasty _ [people] it _ will_ understand to _ knowledge and _ (the) _ tongue stammerers it _ will_ hasten to _ speak clear _ [words] .
5 Not it _ will_ be_ called again to _ fool noble and _ to _ scoundrel not a _ noble_ person it _ will_ be_ said .
6 If/because a _ fool disgraceful _ folly he _ speaks and _ mind _ of_ his it _ does wickedness for _ doing godlessness and _ to _ speak concerning YHWH error to _ leave _ unsatisfied [the] _ appetite_ of [the] _ hungry and _ drink [the] _ thirsty he _ deprives .
7 And _ scoundrel’s weapons _ of_ his [are] _ evil he evil _ purposes he _ plans to _ destroy afflicted _ [people][fn ] in/on/at/with _ words _ of falsehood and _ in/on/at/with _ plea [the] _ needy justice .
8 And _ noble noble _ deeds he _ plans and _ he on noble _ deeds he _ stands .
9 Oh _ women carefree arise hear my _ sound/voice Oh _ daughters confident give _ ear_ to my _ speech/discourse .
10 Days with a _ year you _ all_ will_ be_ agitated Oh _ confident_ [women] if/because [the] _ grape_ harvest it _ will_ fail [the] _ gathering not it _ will_ come .
11 Tremble Oh _ carefree_ [women] be _ agitated Oh _ confident_ [women] strip _ off and _ make _ bare and _ put on loins .
12 On breasts mourning on fields _ of desire on vine[s] fruitful .
13 On the _ land_ of people _ of_ my [which] _ thorn[s] thorn[s] it _ will_ grow_ up if/because on all _ of [the] _ houses_ of joy a _ town exultant .
14 If/because [the] _ palace it _ will_ be_ abandoned [the] _ tumult_ of [the] _ city it _ will_ be_ abandoned [the] _ hill and _ watchtower it _ will_ become behind caves until perpetuity a _ joy_ of wild _ donkeys a _ pasture_ of flocks .
15 Until it _ will_ be_ poured_ out on _ us spirit from _ on _ high and _ [the] _ wilderness _ it _ was into _ the_ fruitful _ field and _ the [fn ] like _ the_ forest it _ will_ be_ considered .
16 And _ dwell in/on/at/with _ wilderness justice and _ righteousness in/on/at/with _ fruitful _ field it _ will_ remain .
17 And _ it _ was the _ work_ of the _ righteousness peace and _ effect _ of the _ righteousness [will _ be]_ quietness and _ confidence until perpetuity .
18 people _ of_ my And _ dwell in/on/at/with _ habitation _ of peace and _ in/on/at/with _ dwellings _ of securiti(es) and _ in/on/at/with _ resting _ places_ of undisturbed .
19 And _ hail in/on/at/with _ comes _ down the _ forest and _ in/on/at/with _ depths it _ will_ become_ low the _ city .
20 Happy _ of_ you _ all Oh _ [you_ all_ who]_ sow_ of at every _ of water Oh _ [you_ all_ who]_ let_ untie/release_ of (of) _ the_ foot_ of the _ ox and _ the _ donkey .
