32 there in _ righteousness he _ will_ reigna _ kingand _ to/for _ princes with _ justice they _ will_ rule2 And _ it _ waseach like _ hiding _ placeof _ a_ windand _ refuge of _ a_ rainstormlike _ streams of _ waterin/on/at/with _ dry _ placelike _ shade of _ a_ rockheavy in _ land weary .
3 And _ not they _ will_ look[the] _ eyesof _ [those_ who]_ seeand _ ears of _ [those_ who]_ hearthey _ will_ pay_ attention4 And _ mind of _ hasty_ [people]it _ will_ understandto _ knowledge and _ (the) _ tongueof _ stammerersit _ will_ hastento _ speak clear _ [words]5 Not it _ will_ be_ calledagain to _ fool noble and _ to _ scoundrel not it _ will_ be_ saida _ noble_ person6 If/because a _ fooldisgraceful _ follyhe _ speaksand _ mind _ his it _ doeswickedness for _ doing godlessness and _ to _ speak concerning YHWH error to _ leave _ unsatisfied[the] _ appetiteof _ [the]_ hungryand _ drink [the] _ thirstyhe _ deprives7 And _ scoundrel’s weapons _ his [are] _ evilhe evil _ purposeshe _ plansto _ destroy afflicted _ [people][fn ] in/on/at/with _ words of _ falsehoodand _ in/on/at/with _ plea [the] _ needyjustice .
8 And _ noble noble _ deedshe _ plansand _ he on noble _ deedshe _ stands9 Oh _ womencarefree arise hear my _ sound/voice Oh _ daughtersconfident give _ ear_ tomy _ speech/discourse .
10 Days with a _ yearyou _ all_ will_ be_ agitatedOh _ confident_ [women]if/because it _ will_ fail[the] _ grape_ harvest[the] _ gatheringnot it _ will_ come11 Tremble Oh _ carefree_ [women]be _ agitatedOh _ confident_ [women]strip _ offand _ make _ bareand _ put on loins .
12 On breasts mourning on fields of _ desireon vine[s] fruitful .
13 On the _ landpeople _ my [which] _ thorn[s]thorn[s] it _ will_ grow_ upif/because on all [the] _ housesof _ joya _ townexultant .
14 If/because [the] _ palaceit _ will_ be_ forsaken[the] _ tumultof _ [the]_ cityit _ will_ be_ abandoned[the] _ hilland _ watchtower it _ will_ becomebehind caves until perpetuity a _ joyof _ wild_ donkeysa _ pastureof _ flocks15 Until it _ will_ be_ poured_ outon _ us spirit from _ on _ highand _ it _ was[the] _ wildernessinto _ the_ fruitful _ fieldand _ the [fn ] like _ the_ forest it _ will_ be_ considered16 And _ dwell in/on/at/with _ wilderness justice and _ righteousness in/on/at/with _ fruitful _ fieldit _ will_ remain17 And _ it _ wasthe _ workthe _ righteousness peace and _ effect the _ righteousness [will _ be]_ quietnessand _ confidence until perpetuity .
18 And _ dwell people _ my in/on/at/with _ habitation of _ peaceand _ in/on/at/with _ dwellings of _ securiti(es)and _ in/on/at/with _ resting _ placesundisturbed .
19 And _ hail in/on/at/with _ comes _ downthe _ forest and _ in/on/at/with _ depths it _ will_ become_ lowthe _ city .
20 Happy _ you _ allOh _ [you_ all_ who]_ sowat every water Oh _ [you_ all_ who]_ let_ untie/release(of) _ the_ footthe _ ox and _ the _ donkey .
