3 At _ sound of _ tumult they _ flee peoples when _ majesty _ your they _ were_ scattered nations .

5 [is] _ exalted YHWH if/because [he _ is]_ dwelling a _ high_ place he _ will_ fill Tsiyyōn/(Zion) justice and _ righteousness .
6 And _ it _ was the _ steadiness times _ your wealth of _ deliverance(s) wisdom and _ knowledge the _ fear of _ YHWH it treasure _ his .
7 there their _ valiant_ one they _ have_ cried_ out streets _ in messengers of _ peace bitter weep .
8 They _ have_ been_ made_ desolate highways he _ has_ ceased [one _ who]_ passes_ by of _ a_ path someone _ has_ broken a _ covenant someone _ has_ rejected cities not anyone _ has_ valued humankind .
9 It _ has_ dried_ up it _ has_ languished [the] _ land it _ has_ displayed_ shame Lə ⱱānōn it _ has_ withered it _ has_ become the _ Shārōn like _ the_ wilderness and _ shake _ off Bāshān and _ Karmel/(Carmel) .
10 Now I _ will_ arise he _ says YHWH now I _ will_ exalt_ myself now I _ will_ lift_ myself_ up .
11 You _ all_ will_ conceive dry _ grass you _ all_ will_ give_ birth_ to stubble breath _ your _ all’s [is] _ a_ fire consume _ you _ all .
12 And _ they _ will_ be peoples burnings of _ lime thorns cut _ down in/on/at/with _ fire they _ will_ be_ kindled .
13 hear Oh _ distant_ [ones] [that] _ which I _ have_ done and _ acknowledge Oh _ near_ [ones] might _ my .
14 They _ are_ in_ dread in/on/at/with _ Tsiyyōn sinners it _ has_ seized trembling godless _ [people] who will _ he_ sojourn to/for _ us a _ fire consuming who will _ he_ sojourn to/for _ us hearths of _ perpetuity .

17 A _ king in/on/at/with _ beauty _ his they _ will_ see eyes _ your they _ will_ see a _ land of _ distances .
18 Mind _ your it _ will_ meditate_ on terror where [is _ one_ who]_ counted where [is _ one_ who]_ weighed where [is _ one_ who]_ counted DOM the _ towers .
19 DOM a _ people barbarous not you _ will_ see a _ people [too] _ deep of _ language cannot _ comprehend stammering of _ tongue there _ [is]_ not understanding .
20 See Tsiyyōn/(Zion) the _ town appointed _ festivals_ our eyes _ your they _ will_ see Yə rūshālayim/(Jerusalem) a _ habitation undisturbed a _ tent [which] _ not anyone _ will_ pack_ up [which] _ not anyone _ will_ pull_ out stakes _ its to _ forever and _ all ropes _ its not they _ will_ be_ torn_ apart .
21 If/because (if) there [will _ be]_ majestic YHWH to/for _ us a _ place of _ rivers canals broad of _ both_ sides not it _ will_ go in/on/over _ him/it ship[s] of _ rowing and _ ship majestic not pass _ it .
22 If/because YHWH judge _ our YHWH lawgiver _ our YHWH king _ our he save _ us .
23 They _ are_ untie/release rigging _ your not they _ make_ firm the _ base mast _ its not they _ have_ spread_ out [the] _ sail then it _ will_ be_ divided booty of _ plunder in _ abundance lame _ [people] they _ will_ take_ as_ spoil spoil .
24 And _ no he _ will_ say an _ inhabitant I _ am_ sick the _ people the _ dwell in/on/at/with _ it [will _ be]_ forgiven of _ iniquity .
