7 there their _valiant _one they _have _cried _out streets_in messengers _of peace bitter weep.
8 highways They _have _been _made _desolate he _has _ceased a _path [one _who]_passes _by _of someone _has _broken a _covenant someone _has _rejected cities not anyone _has _valued humankind.
9 It _has _dried _up it _has _languished [the]_land it _has _displayed _shame Ləⱱānōn it _has _withered it _has _become the_Shārōn like _the_wilderness and_ Bāshān _shake _off and_Karmel/(Carmel).
10 Now I _will _arise YHWH he _says now I _will _exalt _myself now I _will _lift _myself _up.
11 You _all _will _conceive dry _grass you _all _will _give _birth _to stubble breath _of_your _all’s [is]_a _fire consume_you _all.
12 And_they _will _be peoples burnings _of lime thorns cut _down in/on/at/with_fire they _will _be _kindled.
13 hear Oh _distant _[ones] [that]_which I _have _done and_acknowledge Oh _near _[ones] might _of_my.
14 They _are _in _dread in/on/at/with_Tsiyyōn sinners trembling it _has _seized godless _[people] who will _he _sojourn to/for_us a _fire _of consuming who will _he _sojourn to/for_us hearths _of perpetuity.

16 He high _places he _will _dwell [will _be]_strongholds _of cliffs refuge _of_his food _of_his [will _be]_given water _of_his [will _be]_reliable.
17 A _king in/on/at/with_beauty _of_his eyes _of_your they _will _see they _will _see a _land _of distances.
18 Mind _of_your it _will _meditate _on terror where [is _one _who]_counted where [is _one _who]_weighed where [is _one _who]_counted DOM the_towers.
19 DOM a _people barbarous not you _will _see a _people [too]_deep _of language cannot_comprehend stammering _of tongue there _[is]_not understanding.
20 See Tsiyyōn/(Zion) the _town _of appointed _festivals _of_our eyes _of_your they _will _see Yərūshālam/(Jerusalem) a _habitation undisturbed a _tent [which]_not anyone _will _pack _up [which]_not stakes _of_its anyone _will _pull _out to_forever and_all ropes _of_its not they _will _be _torn _apart.
21 If/because (if) there [will _be]_majestic YHWH to/for_us a _place _of rivers canals broad _of both _sides not it _will _go in/on/over_him/it ship[s]_of rowing and_ship majestic not pass_it.
22 If/because YHWH judge _of_our YHWH lawgiver _of_our YHWH king _of_our he save_us.
23 rigging _of_your They _are _untie/release not they _make _firm the _base _of mast _of_its not they _have _spread _out [the]_sail then booty _of it _will _be _divided plunder in _abundance _of lame _[people] they _will _take _as _spoil spoil.
24 And_no he _will _say an _inhabitant I _am _sick the_people the_dwell in/on/at/with_it [will _be]_forgiven _of iniquity.
