9 In/on/at/with _ song not people _ will_ drink wine it _ will_ be_ bitter strong _ drink to _ drink _ it .
10 It _ has_ been_ broken [the] _ town of _ formlessness it _ has_ been_ shut_ up every house no _ enter .
11 An _ outcry on the _ wine in/on/at/with _ streets it _ has_ become_ evening all gladness it _ has_ departed the _ joy the _ earth/land .

20 Wildly _ (stagger) it _ will_ stagger [the] _ earth like _ the_ drunkard and _ sways like _ the_ hut and _ heavy on/upon _ it(f) transgression _ its and _ falls and _ not it _ will_ repeat to _ rise .
21 and _ it _ was in _ the_ day (the) _ that he _ will_ visit_ [judgement] YHWH on the _ host the _ heaven in/on/at/with _ heaven and _ to the _ kings the _ soil on the _ soil .
22 And _ gathered a _ gathering prisoner[s] to a _ pit and _ shut _ up at a _ prison and _ after _ many of _ days they _ will_ be_ visited .
23 And _ abashed the _ moon and _ ashamed the _ sun if/because he _ will_ reign YHWH of _ hosts in/on/at/with _ mount of _ Tsiyyōn/(Zion) and _ in/on/at/with _ Yə rūshālayim/(Jerusalem) and _ before elders _ his glory .
