OET (OET-RV) “The three districts that have been added to Judea from the country of Samaria, let them be annexed to Judea, that they may be reckoned to be under one ruler, that they may not obey any other authority than the high priest’s.
BrLXX Καὶ τοὺς τρεῖς νομοὺς τοὺς προστεθέντας τῇ Ἰουδαίᾳ ἀπὸ τῆς χώρας Σαμαρείας, προστεθήτω τῇ Ἰουδαίᾳ πρὸς τὸ λογισθῆναι τοῦ γενέσθαι ὑφʼ ἕνα, τοῦ μὴ ὑπακοῦσαι ἄλλης ἐξουσίας ἀλλʼ ἢ τοῦ ἀρχιερέως.
(Kai tous treis nomous tous prostethentas taʸ Youdaia apo taʸs ⱪōras Samareias, prostethaʸtō taʸ Youdaia pros to logisthaʸnai tou genesthai hufʼ hena, tou maʸ hupakousai allaʸs exousias allʼ aʸ tou arⱪiereōs. )
BrTr And concerning the three governments that are added to Judea from the country of Samaria, let them be joined with Judea, that they may be reckoned to be under one, nor bound to obey other authority than the high priest's.

Wycl of hem schulen be ordeyned ouer nedis of the rewme, that ben don of feith, and princes be of hem; and walke thei in her lawis, as the kyng comaundide in the lond of Juda. And thre citees, that ben addid to Judee of the cuntre of Samarie, be demyd with Judee; that thei be vndur oon, and obeie not to other power, no but to the hiyeste prest;
(of them should be ordained over nedis of the realm, that been done of faith, and princes be of hem; and walk they in her laws, as the king commanded in the land of Yudah. And three cities, that been addid to Yudea of the country of Samarie, be demyd with Yudea; that they be under one, and obey not to other power, no but to the highest priest;)
