OET (OET-RV)But Judith fell upon her face, and put ashes upon her head, and uncovered the sackcloth with which she was clothed. The incense of that evening was now being offered at Jerusalem in the house of God, and Judith cried to the Lord with a loud voice, and said,

BrLXXἸουδὶθ δὲ ἔπεσεν ἐπὶ πρόσωπον, καὶ ἐπέθετο σποδὸν ἐπὶ τὴν κεφαλὴν αὐτῆς, καὶ ἐγύμνωσεν ὃν ἐνεδιδύσκετο σάκκον· καὶ ἦν ἄρτι προσφερόμενον ἐν Ἱερουσαλὴμ εἰς τὸν οἶκον τοῦ Θεοῦ τὸ θυμίαμα τῆς ἑσπέρας ἐκείνης· καὶ ἐβόησε φωνῇ μεγάλῃ Ἰουδὶθ πρὸς Κύριον, καὶ εἶπε,
   (Youdith de epesen epi prosōpon, kai epetheto spodon epi taʸn kefalaʸn autaʸs, kai egumnōsen hon enedidusketo sakkon; kai aʸn arti prosferomenon en Hierousalaʸm eis ton oikon tou Theou to thumiama taʸs hesperas ekeinaʸs; kai eboaʸse fōnaʸ megalaʸ Youdith pros Kurion, kai eipe, )

BrTrThen Judith fell upon her face, and put ashes upon her head, and uncovered the sackcloth wherewith she was clothed; and about the time that the incense of that evening was offered in Jerusalem in the house of the Lord, Judith cried with a loud voice, and said,


WEBBEBut Judith fell upon her face, and put ashes upon her head, and uncovered the sackcloth with which she was clothed. The incense of that evening was now being offered at Jerusalem in the house of God, and Judith cried to the Lord with a loud voice, and said,

DRAAnd when they were gone, Judith went into her oratory: and putting on haircloth, laid ashes on her head: and falling down prostrate before the Lord, she cried to the Lord, saying:

RVBut Judith fell upon her face, and put ashes upon her head, and uncovered the sackcloth wherewith she was clothed; and the incense of that evening was now being offered at Jerusalem in the house of God, and Judith cried unto the Lord with a loud voice, and said,
