The terms destroyed and shattered mean similar things. The writer is using the two terms together for emphasis. If it would be clearer for your readers, you could express the emphasis with a single phrase. Alternate translation: [he has completely destroyed the bars of her gates]

Here, law represents the entire instruction and guidance of God. Without their land and temple, the people have no access to God’s teaching. If it would be helpful in your language, you could use an equivalent expression or plain language. Alternate translation: [No one teaches them God’s law]

The writer is speaking of receiving a vision from Yahweh as if it were something that could be found through searching. He means that Yahweh has ceased communicating with the prophets. Your language may have a comparable expression that you can use in your translation, or you could state the meaning plainly. Alternate translation: [Also, her prophets have received no vision from Yahweh]
