BrLXX Καὶ ἀπῇρεν ἐκεῖθεν Ἰωνάθαν, καὶ παρενέβαλεν ἐπὶ Ἀσκάλωνα, καὶ ἐξῆλθον οἱ ἐκ τῆς πόλεως εἰς συνάντησιν αὐτῷ ἐν δόξῃ μεγάλῃ.
(Kai apaʸren ekeithen Yōnathan, kai parenebalen epi Askalōna, kai exaʸlthon hoi ek taʸs poleōs eis sunantaʸsin autōi en doxaʸ megalaʸ. )

BrTr And from thence Jonathan removed his host, and camped against Ascalon, where the men of the city came forth, and met him with great pomp.
