BrLXXΚαὶ ἐπεδέξατο Σίμων, καὶ εὐδόκησεν ἀρχιερατεύειν, καὶ εἶναι στρατηγὸς καὶ ἐθνάρχης τῶν Ἰουδαίων, καὶ ἱερέων, καὶ τοῦ προστατῆσαι πάντων.
   (Kai epedexato Simōn, kai eudokaʸsen arⱪierateuein, kai einai strataʸgos kai ethnarⱪaʸs tōn Youdaiōn, kai hiereōn, kai tou prostataʸsai pantōn. )
