UTNuW Translation Notes:

ἐγείρας αὐτὸν ἐκ νεκρῶν

/having/_raised him from /the/_dead

Alternate translation: “when he made him alive again”

Note 1 topic: figures-of-speech / nominaladj

ἐκ νεκρῶν

from /the/_dead

This expression describes all dead people together in the underworld. To come back from among them speaks of becoming alive again. Alternate translation: “from among all those who have died”

Note 2 topic: figures-of-speech / metonymy

καθίσας ἐν δεξιᾷ αὐτοῦ, ἐν τοῖς ἐπουρανίοις

/having/_sat_down_‹him› at /the/_right_‹hand› ˱of˲_him in the heavenly_‹realms›

The person who sits at his right hand of a king sits at his right side and rules with all the authority of the king at whose right hand or side he sits. This is a metonym of location that represents the authority that the person in that location possesses. Alternate translation: “gave him all authority to rule from heaven”

Note 3 topic: translate-symaction

καθίσας ἐν δεξιᾷ αὐτοῦ

/having/_sat_down_‹him› at /the/_right_‹hand› ˱of˲_him

To sit at the right hand of God is a symbolic action of receiving great honor and authority from God. Alternate translation: “seated him in the place of honor and authority beside him”

ἐν τοῖς ἐπουρανίοις

in at in the heavenly_‹realms›

The word heavenly refers to the place where God is. See how you translated this in Ephesians 1:3.
