OET (OET-RV) But when our fathers sinned against the Lord of Israel who is in heaven, and provoked him to wrath, he gave them over into the hands of King Nabuchodonosor of Babylon, king of the Chaldeans.
BrLXX Καὶ ἐπεὶ οἱ πατέρες ἡμῶν παραπικράναντες ἥμαρτον εἰς τὸν Κύριον τοῦ Ἰσραὴλ τὸν οὐράνιον, παρέδωκεν αὐτοὺς εἰς χεῖρας Ναβουχοδονόσορ βασιλέως Βαβυλῶνος βασιλέως τῶν Χαλδαίων.
(Kai epei hoi pateres haʸmōn parapikranantes haʸmarton eis ton Kurion tou Israaʸl ton ouranion, paredōken autous eis ⱪeiras Nabouⱪodonosor basileōs Babulōnos basileōs tōn Ⱪaldaiōn. )
BrTr But when our fathers provoked God unto wrath, and sinned against the Lord of Israel which is in heaven, he gave them over into the power of Nabuchodonosor king of Babylon, king of the Chaldees;
