BrLXXὩς δὲ ἤκουσεν Ἰωνάθαν τῶν λόγων Ἀπολλωνίου, ἐκινήθη τῇ διανοίᾳ, καὶ ἐπέλεξε δέκα χιλιάδας ἀνδρῶν, καὶ ἐξῆλθεν ἐξ Ἱερουσαλὴμ, καὶ συνήντησεν αὐτῷ Σίμων ὁ ἀδελφὸς αὐτοῦ ἐπὶ βοήθειαν αὐτοῦ.
