OET (OET-RV) He said to Jonathan, “Why have you put all this people to so much trouble, seeing there is no war between us?
BrLXX Καὶ εἶπε τῷ Ἰωνάθαν, ἱνατί ἔκοψας πάντα τὸν λαὸν τοῦτον, πολέμου μὴ ἐνεστηκότος ἡμῖν;
(Kai eipe tōi Yōnathan, hinati ekopsas panta ton laon touton, polemou maʸ enestaʸkotos haʸmin; )
BrTr Unto Jonathan also he said, Why hast thou put all this people to so great trouble, seeing there is no war betwixt us?
WEBBE He said to Jonathan, “Why have you put all this people to so much trouble, seeing there is no war between us?
DRA And he said to Jonathan: Why hast thou troubled all the people, whereas we have no war?
RV And he said unto Jonathan, Why hast thou put all this people to trouble, seeing there is no war betwixt us?
